Excellent
Property well presented and well equipped. Nice welcome pack which was appreciated as we had a late arrival. Peaceful neighbourhood and good community pool, which was just steps away from the apartment. Spacious outside space to eat and relax. Good communication with Jackie prior to departure. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked for longer, we would be more than happy to return - thank you!

Nice bungalow in a great location
This is a fairly compact but very nice bungalow on a well kept complex. The resort of Puerto Calero is big enough to have a good choice of restaurants and a few shops, including a small but well stocked supermarket. We liked the Amura Restaurant, which has a different menu with a much more local feel, albeit with a bit more expensive price tag! We note that they are currently constructing a small retail park on the edge of the resort which would appear to include a hypermarket, which will save a trip to Puerto del Carmen. The weather wasn't really warm enough for us to use the communal pool or roof terrace, but they would certainly be attractive in warmer weather. The walk back from Puerto Calero is a fair incline, a car is recommended if you have any mobility issues. The communication was excellent from Jackie. Highly recommended.

A month in the sun
We had an outstanding 4 weeks at Jackie’s property, the welcoming pack was fantastic and Debbie and Wyn who look after the house were great. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the community swimming pool is fabulous. The house is well equipped and a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday.Everything you need is in walking distance with high quality restaurants and bars. Thanks.

Amazing stay
We spent 6 nights at Jackie's villa and it was absolute bliss. If you want a nice relaxing holiday that's not too busy this is the place to be. A short walk down to the marina you will find bars and restaurants it was so lovely at night looking out over the marina. You can also get a boat bus over to puerto del carmen. The villa was perfect just what we wanted we loved sitting on the roof top solarium sun bathing then a 10 steps out of the gate you are at the gated swimming pool which was perfect to cool down and most days we were the only ones there. The walk down to the bars was around 10 mins depends how fast you walk but the walk back up is quite steep and took a little longer, we actually liked the walk by the end of our stay. Jackie was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble if we had questions and we arrived to a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The only negative I could find was no air con but we knew that before our stay, it would of been nice to cool down inside, but fans were provided and kept us comfortable. All in all a brilliant holiday and hopefully we will be back soon.

Hi Jemma. Great review thank you. It has been the hottest summer on record and we our at present looking at having air con installed. The fans have always been sufficient until this summer but the weather is changing and we want our rental to be right. We have also installed a nice sail above the outdoor table for permanent shade as this was also some good feedback from yourself. kind regards Jackie

Birthday Holiday
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year. An extra week for my husband's birthday. As before there was nothing we could fault with this spacious property that includes lots of outside space. Two separate areas downstairs with a new barbeque and a lovely upstairs terrace so you can have sunshine or shade at any time of the day. Although the property doesnt have air conditioning, there is a very good fan provided that is more than adequate to keep you cool in the height of summer. Jackie the owner went above and beyond what you would expect as I had requested a late check-out which wasnt going to be possible due to the arrival time of the next guests. However , on the morning we were leaving, the new arrivals had been delayed so Jackie called me to say we could keep the apartment all day. My only disappointment is that the apartment is already booked for our next holiday dates but I will be making sure I'm quicker booking in the future as we will definitely return here. A second stay
This is our second stay in this delightful property in a quiet and well kept complex close to the marina, Puerto Calero. It suits us well, with a comfortable space inside and out and a lovely garden to enjoy. Communication is easy with Jackie who is very responsive and with Debbie who caretakes the property. We had early access to the property because the cleaners went in early to prepare it for our morning arrival. Property was spotless and lovely welcome pack. Another great stay.

Perfect apartment
Having stayed in Puerto Calero Hotels, we started the self catering option a few years ago and have stayed in various apartments in Marina Azul in search of the perfect one we would always want to return to. We have now found it! Quiet, clean, well equiped, efficient service and the provision of some basic food and drink essentials on arrival was perfect and very welcomed. The roof terrace with amazing views is lovely but equally the downstairs outside space gets plenty of sun and is very comfortable. I'm almost reluctant to give such a glowing review incase it's full booked when we want to return:-)

We had a wonderful time, we stayed at the property for 4 weeks over Christmas and we enjoyed it immensely. There was everything one would need at the villa, and it was very spacious we loved it.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Komplett ausgestattetes Haus zum Wohlfühlen in schöner Lage des Hafens. Gute Lage für ausflüge und Abendspaziergänge. Schöner Gemeinschaftspool mit dabei. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, würden wir jederzeit wieder Buchen.

Everything we needed
Our family (two girls aged 7 and 9) had a fabulous stay in this apartment which had everything we could have wanted/needed to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable! The welcome pack was above and beyond anything we've had before and was so appreciated. There are three different places to eat outside and we made the most of all of them! Shade or sun at all times which is great too. Having the two bathrooms helped a lot and we felt that the whole apartment was tastefully decorated throughout and all very relaxing. The fans provided were very welcome in the heat this year! The pool is AMAZING and our girls absolutely loved the space and, more often than not, having the pool to ourselves which is unheard of in peak season. The apartment is very well located for the marina - 10 mins walk downhill - which had a great assortment of restaurants/bars for all tastes and a local supermarket with all the essentials. Bigger supermarkets were in the next town of Puerto Del Carmen which we walked to and thoroughly enjoyed. Coming back to the laid back, tranquil vibe of Puerto Calero was lovely, we certainly prefer a quieter location. All in all we had a fantastic first visit to Lanzarote and would definitely come back!

Relaxing Time in Puerto Calero
We had a very enjoyable holiday in Puerto Calero. The property is in a perfect location as it’s very quiet, private and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It’s easy to get to from the airport and has good links to the motorways to get around the island. The development is lovely with several bars, shops and restaurants to choose from at the bottom of the hill. The swimming pool is generally very quiet and is kept well. The flat itself is very comfortable and welcoming. The flat was well furnished with all the utensils etc you would need, plenty of towels etc. and even included beach towels. The welcome pack was fantastic and a very thoughtful touch. The outside terraces are excellent as you can always find a spot where you can sunbathe or find the shade if you prefer. The garden is lovely and the views from the roof terrace are great. Jackie the owner and Debbie the contact in Puerto Calero were always easy to contact and replied quickly to any message. After reading the previous reviews and looking at the pictures of the property I was really looking forward to my holiday and was worried that I’d be disappointed when I got there. But Cassa Calero DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends/family and will definitely book here again.

Comfortable property in lovely location
This is a delightful property in Puerto Calero. Inside the property is small but excellent use made of space and the kitchen was really functional. Outside is so pleasant - the garden is a joy. Plenty of shade in the downstairs outside areas and lots of light, sun and panoramic views from the upstairs terrace. We have nothing negative to say - this suited the needs of our wee group absolutely perfectly. The complex feels safe and well looked after. Jackie was very responsive in her communication and we had great flexibility around check in time. We would happily book this property on another occasion.

Comfy clean villa in great location
Lovely villa in nice quiet area, few mins walk to marina,, host Jackie helpful & easy to contact, best welcome pack we've ever had, really made a difference having grocery items and a delicious bottle of wine & fresh bread, snacks etc to save shopping before you arrive. Excellent stay

An Ideal place to relax
We were lucky enough to spend Christmas and New Year in this villa, ideally located with mountain and sea views and a short walk down to the port with a good selection of restaurants. The roof terrace is a real bonus with uninterrupted sunshine and great sunsets. The villa was very homely with interior decor finished to a high standard. The perfect way to round off the year.

Gute Lage, schönes Zuhause auf Zeit
Alles unkompliziert und sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Im Haus alles vorhanden, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Lage perfekt für ruhigen Urlaub. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel!

2 special weeks in Corona summer 2020
We (2 adults + 2 kids (8 and 11years old) really enjoyed our relaxing 2 weeks vacation in this lovely accomodation during this special summer 2020 with it's Covid 19 restrictions. The villa is very cozy, space enough and a nice roof terrace with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the daily swimming in the pool. Puerto Calero has got some nice restaurants as well. Although we never met Jackie and his family, we'd really like to come back here some day!

Delightful property in a great location
This was our first trip to Lanzarote and luckily for us we choose this property for our stay. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed to make our holiday comfortable and relaxing. The roof terrace is a delight especially in the early evening when the sun is setting. Vickie was really helpful and replied promptly to all my queries. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and hope to return soon.

Perfekt für uns
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus verbracht. Es ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt - 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, riesige Dachterrasse, wunderschöner Außenbereich. Für drei erwachsene Personen ideal, für 4 eventuell etwas klein, aber möglich. Die Lage zum Hafen ist super, etwa 600 Meter vom Haus entfernt sind etwa 10 Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Shops. Für die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern (sehr nett) sind Englischkenntnisse erforderlich. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist fest geplant. Sowohl in Lanzarote als auch in diesem Objekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
