I am happy to know that you liked villa Anna and enjoyed your stay. The house is in permanent renovation and so we thank your comments that help us to improve it. That´s why we have just bought 4 new sun loungers that are very comfortable and will be available in the house next week. Was die Beheizung des Pools betrifft, konnte die gewünschte Temperatur an den ersten drei Tagen nicht erreicht werden, da das Wetter leider ungewöhnlich sehr schlecht war, es regnete und es sehr kalt war. Und als Entschädigung wurde Ihnen für diesen Service nichts in Rechnung gestellt. Der Pool wird einmal und sogar zweimal pro Woche gereinigt, wenn das Haus besetzt ist. Es tut mir leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten, aber wenn die Terrasse nicht gereinigt wurde, lag dies an einer Ursache außerhalb unseres Hauses. Die Terrasse wird immer sauber geliefert und wenn er uns Bescheid gegeben hätte, hätten wir bei Bedarf immer eine außerordentliche Reinigung der Terrasse machen können.

Je suis heureux de savoir que vous avez trouvé une belle maison, très bien située, calme et avec une excellente terrasse avec piscine. Quant au mobilier de la terrasse, il a bien sûr fallu le renouveler avec le temps mais l'actuel est meilleur que celui de la photo car la table, qui est en teck et aluminium, est plus grande (elle n'est pas ronde, mais rectangulaire) et au lieu de 4 chaises il y a 6 chaises disponibles. En effet un hamac a été cassé à l'usage mais ils possédaient 8 hamacs pour une maison d'une capacité maximale de 6 personnes. Le hamac cassé a déjà été retiré. Pour le reste, il est inévitable que la maison, comme tous, présente de petits dommages dus au passage du temps et à son utilisation, mais l'important est que l'entretien continu soit effectué. En ce sens, la petite lacune au bord de l'un des coins de la piscine sera corrigée immédiatement. Enfin, la plante ou l'arbre auquel il se réfère est à l'extérieur de la maison. Quoi qu'il en soit, il a été demandé car ils taillent les branches pour éviter tout inconfort. Cordialement.

Per quanto riguarda la piscina, quello che è successo è che il giorno del suo arrivo c'è stato un guasto al motore della piscina che abbiamo riparato il prima possibile. Ora la piscina va bene. Ich bin froh zu hören, dass Sie das Haus, den Garten und den Pool für sehr gut fanden. Das Haus ist zwar nicht total, hat aber ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre. Gegenüber der Terrasse gibt es nur eine Straße, die etwa 100 Meter entfernt ist und wenig befahren wird. Die Häuser, die sich vor der Terrasse befinden, sind etwa 300 bis 400 Meter entfernt. The house has been renting for many years with a high degree of satisfaction of our clients. In fact we have many clients who repeat their stay at home.This does not prevent an unforeseen event from occurring in some case. In your case the pool could not be used the first day because it had been chlorinated and we apologize for it. Chlorine is the product that is commonly used for cleaning swimming pools. The rest of the 7 days of the stay from August 20 to 27 could be used. The pool was cleaned on days 20, 23 and 27 and the water was perfect but it could happen that you were not at that time at home or were sleeping when was cleaned. Two sunbeds were broken because they had been broken by other customers and there had not been time to replace them so we apologized. The broken sunbeds have been replaced by new ones. The heat pump that heats the pool water works automatically. We left in the home the air conditioning controls to use when you wanted. Satellite TV works but surely you did not know how to use it. Customers have a telephone 24 hours a day to ask for anything they need. During your stay we did not receive any calls from you. We would have been happy to assist you in what you needed. With regard to the deposit we want to inform our clients that HOMEAWAY automatically returns the deposit to the client within 7 days of the end of the stay in the house if the owner has not claimed the existence of damages. The client will have the money in their bank account entered after another 7 days since HOMEAWAY gives the return order.

Je suis heureux d'entendre que apprécié votre séjour à la Villa Anna. En ce qui concerne le wifi ne dispose pas d'une durée de quatre jours, mais sa capacité est limitée et donc sa durée dépend de l'utilisation qui en est faite. Notre désir est d'améliorer constamment nos services pour le bénéfice de nos clients. Nous allons donc installer un wifi avec une capacité illimitée pour le même prix.
