Don't book this place!
We had a horrible experience. We made a reservation a few days prior to coming. We received a full confirmation that the host is ready and expecting us. Once we arrived on the island I called the host and she had no idea we were coming! She only speaks French (I speak both Spanish and English) and we barely communicated. She then said that she can't rent the house because there were other people inside. After panicking (we arrived late and with a kid) she found a person to talk to me in Spanish and I got a call from the Vrbo agent. The result was that the house was not really occupied but has not been cleaned yet. Because it was late we still went it. We had to sleep on bed without sheets and had to wash them ourselves. The cleaning ladies arrived the next day afternoon. We received no compensation nether from the agency not the host for the first night. They both just made excuses. We payed the full price to feel not welcome and had a dirty house. I recommend you avoid this booking. The rest of the stay was okay, just unhappy how the host and Vrbo treated us, so unfair!

Playa Honda, una grata sorpresa
Casa tranquila y bien acomodada. La urbanización es tranquila y la piscina es una gozada. También tiene una playa a pocos metros bastante tranquila que permite disfrutar del baño y con algunas rocas que ayudan al buceo de los niños. La zona cuenta con restaurantes, supermercados y otros servicios. El paseo marítimo de Playa Honda es otro lugar bonito para pasear y disfrutar de sus tascas y restaurantes. El único pero es la cercanía del aeropuerto, pero no se nota mucho. Experiencia muy recomendable.

maravilloso
Nos ha encantado la villa, es perfecta en cuanto a ubicación y en cuanto a servicios y cosas. Es grande, bonita, tiene una gran terraza bien vallada (requisito indispensable con cuatro niños pequeños), está al lado de la playa y encima es una playa super poco frecuentada, sin viento ni olas, así que perfecta. Dependiendo si buscas sitio turístico y mucha gente y ambiente pues no es tu lugar, pero si buscas un sitio tranquilo, con todos los servicios de supermercado, restaurantes, farmacia etc, en una playa tranquila y en una urbanización tranquila pues es lo ideal. ¡repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Agradable estancia
El alojamiento es tranquilo, limpio, muy bien equipado y muy bien communicado. El problema fundamental que hemos encontrado es la conexión WIFI que o no funcionaba o iba lentísima. Playa Honda no es un lugar bueno para bañarse pues el aire nunca cesa, pero a pocos kilómetros hay buenas playas.

Excelente casita de playa con piscina comunitaria para disfrutar de un lugar idílico. Muy bien equipada y cómoda para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. Una zona muy tranquila con un paseo de playa interminable , y con todo a mano. Gracias a Angelique hemos realizado nuestras vacaciones inolvidables y disfrutar de éste paraíso único en el mundo.

Everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished and tidy spacious apartment, all functional. Kitchen very well equipped. The big bonus is air conditioning in the living room. It just does not make a mistake! Thanks a lot Monica, We will be glad to come back.

Villa bei Angelique
Beschissen. Wir hatten vom 15.03. bis 14.04.2024.. die Villa gebucht, am 11.03.24 wurde uns jedoch sehr kurzfristig mitgeteilt das wir das Haus erst am 22.03.be- ziehen und wir müssten in eine Wohnung in Tias ziehen. Aber im Gegensatz zur gebuchten Villa hatte diese Wohnung in Tias weder 2 Bäder noch 2 Schlafzimmer. Meine Schwester hat dann freiwillig 7 Nächte auf einer Poolliege geschlafen. Auch die Terrasse war nicht mal halb so groß wie die an dem Bungalow 118 und den Strand hatten wir auch nicht mehr vor der Tür. Und zum Überfluss will uns die Besitzerin nicht mal die Taxikosten für den un- freiwilligen Umzug erstatten, geschweige denn eine angemessene Entschädigung für all die Umstände die wir hatten. Fazit also: Ein total besch.... Anfang der gebuchten Reise. Sie können sich vielleicht vorstellen wie verärgert wir waren und z.Teil jetzt auch noch sind, denn die Taxikosten will sie, trotz mehrfacher Anmahnung ,uns weiterhin nicht erstatten. Ich hoffe die nachfolgenden Gäste haben mehr Glück mit der Wohnung. Beste Grüße Martina und Klaus

C est très facile de faire des critiques quand ont préviens le locataire que il y a un problème à la maison et que elle ne sera pas disponible la première semaine ou que j annulée la réservation ou que je les loger ailleurs pendant à semaine et comme je ne voulais pas payer leur taxis il ont était jusqu'à me menacer d appeler leur avocat pour le taxis je pense que quand ont fait une réservation à l hotel ou dans une maison ça n est pas aux propriétaires des lieux de payer le taxi en plus de ça il ont fait des dégâts dans l autre appartement que j ai perdue ma caution alors désolé mais des vacanciers comme ça non merci

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine à Lanzarote fin janvier. Une semaine de soleil et 22 degrés de moyenne sur la semaine. Appartement très bien placé sur l’île à 10 min de l’aéroport (on entend les avions décoller mais ce n’est pas gênant). L’appartement est très bien: superbe salle de bain, superbe cuisine équipé, terrasse et piscine commune très bien. Accès à la plage qui se situe à 100 mètres de l’appartement. Attention par rapport à l’annonce avec des photos d’un restaurant bar billard tout cela ne fonctionne pas en janvier… pour le reste de l’année je ne sais pas.

Parfait
Emplacement stratégique pour visiter l'île, cet hébergement a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, terrasse au calme afin de partager les repas, literie de grand confort. Petit plus avec la piscine pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite, tout cela était très plaisant. Mention spéciale pour Angélique, qui a été très gentille et serviable avec nous. Un grand merci à elle! Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Property not prepared
Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found. All reported to owner who suggested two free nights at at future holiday, but no mention of the 49.95 euro paid out for a new pair of shoes! A LACK OF CARE BLIGHTED A POSSIBLE EXCELLENT HOLIDAY, AND IMPOSED COSTS FOR UNEXPLAINED LOSS OF ATTIRE.

Zwembad op 2 minuten lopen en strand op 4 minuten lopen, een rustige plek. Appartement heeft prima zon-terras, maar geen uitzicht. Verder helemaal prima. Ruim, schoon en alles is aanwezig.

Appartamento molto carino, superaccessioriato in ottima posizione.
Trovare l'alloggio è stato un po faticoso, anche perché l'indirizzo segnato sul sito è errato! Infatti subito prima del soggiorno ci avevano spedito le indicazioni corrette, ma l'ho lette superficialmente non facendo caso all'indirizzo. Abbiamo telefonato al referente Antonio e subito risolto. Tutto bene, tutto bello... Peccato che l'accesso sia un cantiere lasciato a metà... Non accessibile ai disabili e a chi ha difficoltà a deambulare. C'è una spiaggia vicinissima, bella e poco affollata.. Nel complesso molto soddisfatti, consigliato, sicuro che prima o poi si torni.

Empfehlenswert für einen ruhige entspannten Urlaub / For a relaxing holiday highly recommendable.
Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, mir fehlte lediglich ein Abtropfkorb, das Geschirrspülen ohne war der reinste Balancierakt. (ich ziehe es vor Geschirr, Besteck usw. heiss abzuspulen und an der Luft trocknen zu lassen) Ansonsten war alles mögliche vorhanden, Gebrauchsanweisung für die Geräte, Streichholzer, Batterien, Nähzeug, Bücher, usw., usw. Beim ersten Eintreten ging die Alarm los, aber ein Anruf bei Antonio (immer erreichbar gewesen) hat genügt.Später fanden wir die Anleitung in einen Schublade. Die Villa liegt sehr günstig: ein paar Schritte zum Strand, Einkaufszentrum (mit Supermarkt) und Taxistand etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Lidl und die Bushaltestelle nach Puerto del Carmen sind etwas weiter weg (10-15Min. zu Fuss) Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe aber der Fluglarm haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Extremely comfortable and well-equipped, but I would have appreciated a draining basket for the washing-up as I prefer rinsing it in hot water and leaving it to drain- dry. Apart from that, everything one could possibly need was there: instructions for the equipment, batteries,needle and thread, candles, etc., etc., you name it, it was there. The burglar alarm went off when we arrived, which gave us a bit of a shock but we phoned Antonio (who was always available) and he told us how to turn it off. Later we found the instruction leaflet in a drawer. The location is ideal: a couple of minutes walk to the beach, shopping mall (with supermarket) and taxis 5 minutes walk away. Lidl and the bus stop to Puerto de Carmen are about 10-15mins walk away.Tip: up the road to the right of Lidl and across the road at the top there is an Overseas Supermarket (Iceland). The airport is a 5minute taxi drive away, but we didn't find the noise particularly disturbing.

Sauberes und schönes Appartement top ausgestattet
Sehr zufrieden und ruhig glegen , Geräumig , gemütlich und wirklich alles da wie zuhause. Der Checkin war etwas verwirrend,, abwohl ich mich vor Ort auskannte. Zum anderen hat mich niemand auf die Alarmanlage hingewiesen , die ich deaktivieren konnte zum Glück. Deuteches Fernsehen ging .Agentur etwas halbherzig , fand ich das geht deutlich besser auf Lanza ,dennoch würde ich es nochmals buchen
