"This is a huge house in a beautiful location and we had a lot of fun during our stay there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There are a ton of games and toys to entertain oneself with. (Pickleball! Air hockey! Foosball! "We have stayed at this property several times and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and great location. The walk to the beach is steep but very doable, even for small children and older adults. House is well equipped for a large group and every room has its' own bathroom -- much appreciated by all! The only area of concern is that the lawn area seems to have been invaded by goat's head thorns. We found them stuck in the carpet and in the dog's paw. "

It's a tiny, one cup hotel-type maker that requires a little round packet of coffee. There were only two provided (for a four-day stay.) I don't even know where you would by them. Otherwise, the coffee maker isn't usable. And the coffee it did make was terrible. Listing also says it includes 'kitchen'...

"This was our second time staying at this house. The owners have thought of everything to make it comfortable for families and pets! Very clean and well stocked. We love the beach by the house. "unique home with nice view of the coast. Within walking distance of the lighthouse museum and point. Liked the layout with bedrooms on the top and bottom for extra privacy. There are lots of stairs to climb. The parking was steep and narrow, but we got our 2 cars in easily. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. A very pleasant stay"
