"This unit is a daylight basement conversion still in progress with some wires and ducting exposed. There is a full sized fridge with nice sized freezer. But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. There is no patio furniture provided for enjoying the view. The grill was dilapidated and the table it sits on was disgustingly greasy. The unit was ice cold and it took some time to warm...
