Run down and not worth the money

The hotel is run down with poor quality bedding and toilet. The bed sheet was so thin - we could see though the bed and it is dirty. The towels was old. The floor towel was ripped and dirty - it seemed like it has not been changed for ages. We have asked the hotel to change the bed sheet and the towels, but no avail. Apart from the location, there is nothing good about it.

Good Low Budget Accomodation

Very friendly staff, quite small room with only basic accessories, but OK for the room rate. WLAN works only if mosg guests arr out Sandy beach 5 minutes walk, very well maintained and only few people.

Not going there again

We were supposed to stay at Sweet Inn for three nights but ended up staying only two. The accommodation was not very clean and the room was super noisy. Wifi didnt work well either. When we were checking out the staff didnt want to gove us back our deposit money because we didnt have some receit that they were supposed to give us while checking in, they never did that.. but luckily we got the money back. Good for backpackers.

Terrible stay and will not visit again

We requested for room at upstairs but they give us downstairs room. The TV in the room in not functioning and without informing us, when we ask, they say it is spoil and no replacement was given. What a disappointment. Downstairs room is very noisy, we can hear people talk loud outside whole night till 1am in the midnight. It was a terrible stay. i will not stay there again in the future.

Nice location but bad set up

It was not shown there are 2 stories. Rooms are small for 3 guest. Old furniture and matteres were so uncomfortable till the spring can be felt in our spine. Corridors are not swept and kept clean. Flies and dirt outside our rooms. No hot water flask or kettle in room. We had to come down to the reception to take drinking water. Very regretting stay. Money was not worth for such a downgraded hotel.

Sweet inn langkawi tempat penginapan yang cantik dan selesa. Harga sangat murah dan berbaloi. Cuma signboard Sweet Inn perlu dibaiki kerana susah nak cari lokasi pada waktu malam.

Good option if you are looking for low cost hotel

Stayed 1 day only. Behaviour was good. Room was okay. Close to beach. Room facility is not bad. AC was running, only fan was slow.WIFI support was nice. If you are looking to just stay at low cost and just walk-in distance from the beach, I can suggest it for you. Nothing negative to comment about this hotel.

Small hotel small price close to animation area/be

Quality/price is very good. It s small hotel close to the beach and animation area. The cleaning room is done if you talk about it on the morning. The facilities is little old but it's ok and for the price payed is very good.

Great Accommodation!

Had a wonderful stay! Showed up in Langkawi and only booked one night! We ended up staying for 6! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, service was lovely, breakfast was amazing, room had AC and fan, plus wifi was great! All around a really great experience for a cheap price! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we were to return!

Väldigt litet men okej motell

Väldigt hjälpsam personal i receptionen, ganska skön säng, bra läge (in på en liten gågata nära "stora" vägen), nära till restauranger och stranden. Rummet var väldigt litet (och dåligt med utrymme för att hänga/lägga upp kläder), likaså badrummet (allt blev blött när man duschade) och varmvattnet funkade inte. Ingen städning under våra fyra dagar. Men för det billiga priset kan man väl inte förvänta sig mer. Skulle bo här igen om det var så!

Good stay, just a little noisy

Really good service, simple but nice room. Hot water and AC worked well. Walking distance to the beach and some supermarkets, recommend to rent scooter by the hotel for 35MYR to go explore Langkawi.

Great location but accomodation is poor.

The hotel is a very short walk away from Cenang Beach, maybe 4 minutes. The double room we stayed in was tiny and with our two large backpacks there was hardly any floor space. Bed sheets and towels were very badly stained so I slept in my sleeping bag liner. There were only 2 plus we could use to charge electrical items and when you're traveling thats not very useful. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. Staff weren't really bothered with guests. They were pleasant enough though when you had to speak to them. It's a pity as the property has lots of potential and a little effort would make a massive difference.

Very dirty and dark room. Terrible service.

I felt cheated because it wasn't a hotel, it was a MOTEL. Extremely basic, dark, uncomfortable and dirty. WiFi not working at all, not even in the common areas. Non-english speaking staff. No cleaning service at all. Bed mattress very hard and uncomfortable, and bed sheets dirty. We had to ask for a towel and toilet paper... No place to leave the toilet paper in the bathroom, which is pretty basic! The bathroom window didn't close so bugs came in through there.

Cool hotel for resting

Hot & cold water have to take from reception counter. No small fridge provided in the room. Be prepared for mosquito attack. Towel, toilet roll, coffee sachet need to ask from reception counter.

Süßes Motel zum guten Preis

Wir waren für 3 Tage in Langkawi und sind dabei auf das Sweet Inn gestoßen. Zum kleinen Preis bekommt man ein gutes, sauberes und zentral gelegenes Motel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir würden das Motel immer wieder buchen. Man sollte sich immer wieder daran denken das es sich um ein Motel handelt und kein Hotel. Also für den günstigen Besuch von Langkawi auf jedenfall ein Anlaufpunkt wo am schlafen kann.

ツインの部屋は良かったけど、ダブルベッドのほうは狭かった。でもコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思う。アクセスも良い。
