"No hot drink facilities in room. Specific room request was actioned. Bed/pillows were comfy and room a good temperature. "Een mooi hotel in mooie omgeving. Helaas kregen we niet de bestelde kamer maar een goedkopere. Had comfort kamer besteld maar kreeg standard kamer van 20 euro minder. Ook die kamer was goed, maar nog steeds niet de bestelde. Ik vond dat wel het grootste minpunt, helemaal omdat de receptioniste bij ..."
