"Excellent customer service. Standard level of cleanliness for a hotel like this. I might suggest checking and cleaning the bathroom ceiling and pipes of the bathroom as there was a strong odour in the room unless you shut the bathroom door and kept the fan going after a shower and stains and hairs ..."

"Very lovely lady at the front desk, most accommodating. Ensured my dog and I had a good stay. Room had a slight odour to it, perhaps due to the age of the building. Otherwise it was clean, central and safe."
