"Jaw dropping setting, tired building, so so room.
Crippling understaffing at breakfast time leaves many customers waiting 10 minutes for coffee and over 39 minutes for breakfast. If you are short of staff, consider offering continental only option. Fast, easy."

"The room was very clean and had been newly refurbished. We were a bit concerned that there were no contact details about what do in an emergency with no-one living on the premises. We only realised this on the last morning so couldn’t mention it to staff. I would normally speak to someone directly rather than on a public forum"
