The house itself was fine. Left over wallet from previous people that stayed and rubbish in laundry . Air condiitioning was great and house was large and easily sleep 9. Dog has a big yard and all fenced off. I called the host twice and messaged 15 before arrival. Noone met us there at all and found our own way in through the back, messaged again about keys and no reply again so messaged the emergency number who also never replied so was really poor. The bqckyard had smashed glass on the floor from a smashed table also which was not great for the kids. Still have nevwr had a reply from both numbers and will not be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. We sat out the front which was lovely, but no lights out the front meant we didn’t sit there once the sun went down. Few lights bulbs need replacing inside. The shed was excellent but a bit dark and we felt needs a good clean out. But we did have a great time.

Not enjoyable

1. We found the place dusty including all the floors including the patio furniture.2. the bed next to the shower was very uncomfortable and noisy. 3. Cobwebs inside.4. No bath towels and we were not informed to bring our own ( only brought swimming towels)5. The back games room is not suitable for human enjoyment - A horrible fowl smell - Dirty and dusty - Not cleaned or maintained - the fridge is very smelly - It's a health risk to be in there Hence it's very disappointing for the price.Backyard and furniture is not maintained - couldn't enjoy it.Maybe a carport can be considered.Only plus thing was the aircon working nicely.Going back again - No Relize and family

Beach Break

Close to main car park near back beach. Easier walk to beach. Big enclosed back and front yard for dog. Walk to cafe and shops. Air conditioning in main lounge, bedroom and back bedroom. No air con in back double bed area but fan. Host was quick to respond.

The place was a little dusty, not bad though.Water heater worked but we could not get it to stay on once we had the correct water temperature.The pool table looked like it had been though a few bar fights.Everything else was acceptable for the price range.

Not great experience overall

House not clean when we checked in and the dishes were dirty too. The location was good but the property was not well maintained. Very disappointing. 2nd night there was power cut. Contacted owner to get some candles as it was pitch dark heard nothing from him at all which was disappointing as it was right in between dinner. Overall not what we were expecting at all.

A Perfect Family and Furbabies Getaway in Lancelin

We had an incredible weekend getaway in Lancelin, staying at the charming Ocean Spray. From morning beach walks with our furbabies, Charlie and Bella, to relaxing BBQ meals and cozy movie nights, every moment was perfect. Chef Gavin's breakfasts and Chef Bridie's BBQ skills were highlights. The accommodation was perfect 👌 – nothing too fancy, nothing too dirty, just right and comfortable. It was also pet-friendly, and our furbabies loved every minute of it. The scenic views, friendly locals, and dog-friendly spots made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return soon!

Ticked all the boxes for a great Lancelin stay

This house delivered everything and more that it promised. Great facilities, everything you could need for a relaxed beach holiday. 10-minute walk to back beach, 5-minute walk to fish n chips and Mr. Whippy on the weekend. Will definitely stay again.

Nice but needs work

The renovated parts of the house are nice, but the kitchen, back porch/yard, plumbing, and carpets are very dated. There was a lot of stuff cluttering the back porch. The location was good; just a five minute walk to the back beach. There are enough beds for nine people, but the single bathroom is quite small.

Good Short Break

Was a very nice little spot. Good location within walking distance to beach, Cafe & Bakery. Property manager Chris very Friendly and helpful.
