Para lo que buscaba estaba bien, tuve problemas con la puerta varías veces fui para que pudieran resolver en los pasillos no ha limpieza al parecer viven gente en otros cuartos que ya esta estables en el lugar y eso no luce bien. El personal que me atendió fue amable. El TV no tiene casi canales para ver deben de actualizar los TV y así las personas pueden poner lo que quieran en Un smart TV

Realmente las experiencia fue muy poca agradable, con un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, necesita limpieza, mejoras en la decoracion de la habitacion retoque de pintura, cortinas, la nevera no funcionaba, realmente no me gusto para nada lo q se veia en las fotos de promocion no tenia nada que ver con la realidad del hotel

The first night of our stay we were in a smoking room which was not nearly as nice as the room we had the second night in a none smoking portion of the motel. For the price it was about what we expected.

Our room had ants in it/ Room 219. Should have cleaned better. No conditioner, but had shampoo for our use. Otherwise it was a good location close to were my daughter was living.

Heat was broken in my first room, so I was switched late at night. Second room the heat was broken too, switched again. Thankfully I’m a solo traveler, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But for a group or family, that could be a real hassle. The staff member was immediately at my room and helping, and was friendly and attentive. They ensured that I did have heat. So the customer service is great!

They took a copy of my credit card. They said it was mandatory if not I can leave. I got there after midnight and couldn’t find another place to stay.

Dear Carlina,Your credit card could not be scanned. The rules are the same for everybody. Lancaster County has more than 60 hotels and motels, and in November, there are plenty of vacancies.

Our room was spacious and clean. The tap water was pleasant to drink (forgot a water bottle). The staff were very nice and friendly. The Namaste restaurant attached to the property was absolutely delicious. We'd definitely stay here again!

The wall rack fell off the wall and hasn’t been fixed. The cups and sugar have not been replenished. The lock require a number of tries to open.

Went to PA for a wrestling tournament. All that is needed is a bed, and shower. This hotel was not to far from the convention center, and cost less. I guess you get what you paid for. Sheets were dirty, and we saw one roach. Definitely won't book again.

The stay was for less than an hour, it was just for showering, the room smell just like cigarets, the bed sheet was dirty, there was dust all over, the bathroom was dirty even the floor and wall, it was a scary experience, took a. Bath with sandals. The parking was “ok” by it smell like dirty water, I’ll said I’ll not go back or rent again. From 1 to 10 I’ll give a 1 do to the person who took care of me was nice.

we literally found a ROACH when we opened our drawers up to check the room, also had what to look like blood stains on sheetz and disgusting makeup smeared on the pillows. i wouldn’t stay here if my life depended on it. Also they won’t give you you’re money back and charged me 50$ for no reason. absolutely disgusting never again

Dear Elle According to our records, you paid Expedia/Hotel.com directly and the credit card belonging to Expedia was charged not yours. We did not have your personal credit card. We read the log book for that day and have no mention of your party coming to the front desk either to report any issues or tell us you were checking out.
