"Great house! Perfect location for us, (3 couples) lantern festival in Philly, then to Nemours Estate-which was amazing, and Longwood Gardens. House is clean, and cozy, kitchen is well stocked, and beds are comfortable! Lots of charm! Communication with the hosts was Outstanding, very friendly and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we did! Loved the basket of goodies and coffee too. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks!!"

"This was a great place for our family to stay for a weekend in Lancaster County. We had tickets to see the show at the Sight & Sound Theater, and this was a fantastic location -- less than 10 minutes away. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but we were very comfortable when we were there. We hadn't realized that there wasn't a TV, but honestly, it was GREAT to have a break from that!! The host reached out via phone on our drive there to let us know about their offer to make Amish...

"Communication is respectful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous. I’ve never seen such healthy gardens in my life; just the sight of them gave me positive energy. The home is clean and well equipped. Each room has its own air conditioner and sound machine which serves multiple people who have different preferences. We had a quiet and all around pleasant stay; and with an easy drive to wherever we want to go, I would definitely book again and for a longer time. "

"This property is amazing and the house is so spacious and pristine. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with the large island and well stocked cabinets. Staying on a horse farm was unique and so peaceful. We loved interacting with the horses and the trainer there even gave someone in our party a riding lesson. The house is located within 1/2 hour from West Chester, Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford, and Kennett Square so there was plenty to do. It was an awesome stay. "
