"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff—everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to an already enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. "

"Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival."

They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. "The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."
