    Kramphult Sjöåkra - a Småland holiday idyll for families and anglers right by Lake Stråken. Kramphult Sjöåkra is located in the small hamlet of Aneboda near Lammhult, only about 40 kilometres north of the provincial capital Växjö. The name "Sjöåkra" already reveals that the house is only about 50 metres from the lake. Only the small and quiet road to Aneboda runs between the house and the lake. We have our own access to the lake with a meadow and a jetty, so you can enjoy the water at any time of the day. our holiday home was built in the fifties as a so-called "Skogstuga" and extended at the end of the seventies by a south-facing extension of the same size with bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and a bathroom. we acquired this idyllically situated property in 2017, completely renovated it from the ground up and completely refurnished it. It was then let from 2018. A new bathroom, a new functional, bright fitted kitchen from a Swedish furniture store, new flooring, electricity and a large terrace with a view of the lake meet our high standards for a guest residence. All rooms are bright and furnished in typical Scandinavian style. In 2023/24 we have again extensively renovated, all windows and doors renewed, bathroom and hallway redesigned.
    The house is designed for an occupancy of 4 persons. The house stands on a natural plot of approx. 2,500 square metres with lake views from all rooms. Harvest your own blueberries and cranberries on the property and roam through the open countryside. a rowing boat, a canoe and the barbecue complete the leisure character of our house. You can park your car safely on the property and take a virtual tour of our house "Kramphult Sjöåkra": Through the main entrance, which is sheltered by a covered veranda - where you can of course sit in the warm evening hours with the lake in front of you - you enter the hallway of the house. The master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. is to the right. The room is open to the pointed roof. Windows to the south and west make the approx. 15 square metre room spacious and bright. If required, we will of course provide you with a travel cot free of charge. You now return to the hallway and enter the completely redesigned and renovated bathroom on your right. Here we have created a bright and modern shower room with WC and washbasin. The window to the rear of the house provides additional daylight, while the small but functional kitchen is located next to the bathroom and can also be accessed from the hallway. The white country-style kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of worktop space. The design of the walls corresponds to the typical Swedish interior and therefore fits in beautifully with the holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and equipment (e. g. toaster, microwave, coffee machine etc.). Through the kitchen you reach the typical Swedish back entrance and exit. The small outbuilding is located to the left of the rear entrance and houses the washing machine, a freezer, the sauna and a stainless steel filleting table for processing your catch of fish, etc. To the left of the main entrance you enter the approx. 18 square metre living/dining room. On the right is the cosy sofa with armchair and coffee table. The dining area is to the left of the window with a view of the lake. Flat-screen TV with German programmes, WLAN connection and the open fireplace round off the comfortable furnishings. The original wooden floor has been newly refurbished and the second bright bedroom is located next to the living/dining room. Equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m), chest of drawers and wardrobe - and of course a view of the lake, all rooms can be heated with electric elements, in the living room with an open fireplace. All furniture and furnishings were newly purchased in 2018. outdoor area:Here you have sufficient terrace and garden furniture for relaxation. Large table, parasol and loungers, barbecue fireplace and rotary clothes dryer. There is also a small 3.90 metre rowing boat down by the lake for fishing and exploring the lake. A small four-stroke motor or a canoe can be hired on request. If required and depending on availability, larger "Linder Fishing 440" 5 or 6 hp four-stroke fishing boats with appropriate equipment can also be hired. Entertainment:TV (flat screen TV), satellite system with German programmes, radio/CD player, many children's and board games, books, thrillers and magazines, DVD player, Internet connection with WLAN. Miscellaneous:Pets are unfortunately not allowed, non-smoking house, additional costs to be settled on site, payable on departure. The obligatory final cleaning is carried out by us and is subject to a charge. In this way we also guarantee the high standard of hygiene in the holiday home. The energy costs will be charged according to consumption at the end of your stay. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give an exact figure due to the fact that costs vary considerably in Sweden.
