Very comfortable for our large group!
Everything was great for us, we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to organize the kitchen. We enjoyed the fire pit.

Comfortable, clean, great location
Wonderful older home in a quiet neighborhood that's comfortable and spacious. Plenty of couch and table space to enjoy movies, meals, and games. Beds are comfy. Everything you might need for cooking, baking, or grilling is available. Back door/yard patio is not complete but we knew that going into the rental and was not an issue as we could still access the grill. Close to shopping. Great stay overall. My family will return to this property.

Not again
The house was nice and spacious with enough space for our group. But…the pictures do not represent the state of the backyard which was in disarray and in a state of construction with a soil covered patio surface, hammers and shovels laying on the ground. The rear yard had a table and chairs where the chairs could not be used because they were broken. To top it off the water heater was not working, so no warm showers for anyone. Would I stay here again? No not at all.

Needs improvement
We rented this home for Christmas with my family and when we got there we were in love . As we started to settle in we noticed the home really cold , so we tried to turn on heater and never worked. Called management they told me it needed batteries. We go the next day to multiple stores no one carried them. We were without heater 3 days . Another thing they definitely need to fix is the back living room has a small step that divides kitchen and living room. Two people fell . I've tried to contact Vanessa and no answer very unprofessional. The home is so beautiful and spacious and is worth the stay if these problems would have got resolved it would have been amazing!

Disaster
The home had a horrible smell. It was dirty and outdated. There was NO hot water and even worse NO air conditioning, in 90 degree weather. The contact person was useless. After contacting the rental company, a service man came out to fix the hot water heater. He tried to help with what we thought was a thermostat problem. He informed us there was NO air conditioning unit, at all. Just a furnace. We opened all the windows to try and get some cool air. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor’s dog barked ALL night. One of my daughters and her family left the first morning because she could not bathe her two infants. It was 4th of July weekend and everything was booked or we would have all left.

Great place and great for a family group
It was great location near supermarkets, restaurants, the house have big spaces to move around.

This was an older house without air conditioning. It did have many fans but was still very hot. The pull-out couch in the game room was bent & would barely come out to open into a bed. Very uncomfortable. We could not put it back in when we left. Lots of blankets, sheets, etc. but they were all thrown in a connecting closet between 2 bedrooms. Fridge didn't cool very cold & the ice maker didn't work. The yard was in need of trimming & care. There was lots of room for our large family & the kitchen was well stocked.

Hanging out with friends
We had a good time. The place is spacious and well equipped. 4 men and my grandson going fishing and chasing Mother Nature.Peaceful area.
