Grand River Retreat: Pool, Hot Tub & Dock

Our home sits on a large one-acre property right on the water, a couple of houses to the train tracks. There’s plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, with a big backyard, fire pit, and seating area. You can dock your boat, go fishing, or use the kayaks, paddleboards, all free to use during your stay.



The sports pool and part of the backyard are fenced in, great for relaxing or spending time with family. The pool house has a full bathroom, lots of seating, and fun outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga.



Inside, the main floor features four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for gathering. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept bedroom with a game room, another living area, and a beautiful full bathroom.



Even with neighbors on both sides, the property is big enough to feel private. There’s a large driveway with space to park your boat and up to 8–10 cars.
