"We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. "

"The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pictures do the place no justice, because the amount of space we had for it to be a studio was AMAZING! We definitely would love to have this same place again for our next trip. The property manager was delightful, great at communication, and very helpful. We are very grateful "

"Our stay at Paradise in Brandon was excellent. Getting there and checking in was very easy. All communication with owner was prompt and thorough. Property was clean and had all necessary amenities. Having the hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing after a long day out and about. Location was great for the midflorida amphitheater and driving into downtown tampa only took about 20 minutes or so. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area."

"This is our second time staying at Sandra’s property. Our first time was Christmas of 2023 with our 1 year old. The experience and service was amazing then and even better this most recent time. The condo was clean and homey when we entered. We received all the info prior to check-in making it stress free after traveling all day. "3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase."

"Visiting from the Midwest, this place felt like home. But if you’re living locally and want some quiet time away from city life this is definitely worth a stay. Listing was very accurate, clean home and property, all directions were clear and the communication with the hosts were amazing. I highly recommend! "

"Small but adequate space for two . Very close close to main attractions and excellent eateries. Condo faces the pool but facility was great at maintaining quiet hours. Definitely would stay again."

"It was just me staying in the place, but it would’ve been perfect for a family. Two extra bedrooms done in Disney style. Very cute. Everything I needed was there, the kitchen was set up and even an iron and ironing board. The place was redone and looks nice. Good location. The host was very helpful."
