"Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. The finishings were modern and there was a private area patio. The AC was a designated mini-split that...

"Our host was, and always has been quick to respond to questions and help in any way she can. We have stayed at this property 3 time, and Mauricel is a major reason we return. The location is convenient, close to family we visit, and it is close to the highway. Top it off with shopping center being close by! The unit is always well stocked and very clean. We hope to return."

"Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful, better than expected.. had a fenced in yard for our dogs. They let us bring all three dogs, two elder and a small one. The folks where very helpful in keeping us up to date on any problems that needed to be told. We had none.. "

"Cute, clean, nice location.We checked in, quite easily around 5:30 and left by 10 am, so we didn't spend much time on the house. The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room."
