The house was roomy, comfortable and had all the amenities listed. Beach access was great, even though it rained the entire trip we played on the waterfront every day. Beautiful location, would love to stay again during the sunny season.

This was such a lovely home. They had the house fully stocked, even had condiments in the fridge which was so nice. It truly felt like staying at your own home. They had lots of puzzles, games, cable, Netflix so we were never tied at all. The location is easy and I liked that it doesn’t require a ferry, but there isn’t much else to do around there. It is a great weekend spot to connect with family or friends. It would be fun to go back in the Summer and use the bonfire on the beach or the kayaks. I felt safe and very relaxed. Beautiful spot. The only thing that was a bit odd was that we had to wash the towels and move them to the dryer when we checked out. Just make sure to plan around for that; other than that, I would highly recommend and hope we can go back again at some point.

We adore this house and location. Best stocked house. Lovely furnishings. Barbara is always so gracious and prompt with any questions we have. We like it so much here that we want to retire at Lakebay. So quiet. Never saw or heard any neighbors as they are a good distance away (not right next door like many waterfront properties!). Love the deck for viewing and relaxing and the grassy area is perfect as you look out on the water. Kayaking was fun as was beachcombing at low tide. Seattle is an hour plus away. GO MARINERS! Thanks for another great stay. Perfection.

All the former reviews just begin to do this place justice—over the top excellent family place, kitchen, comfy beds, water sports! Just terrific. Spent a week with 4 grandchildren, ages 11-13. They swam and kayaked (first timers) most of the day. And slept well at night! So many happy memories! Thank you!

If you're looking for a relaxing place that has both woods and water, this is it! We spent a week just hanging out and enjoying being out of the big city and in an environment where deer roam across the yard, a baby bunny makes a daily appearance to dine on the lawn, and otter have lunch right off the shore. We rent houses for a few get-aways each year and this one has had the best kitchen by far. Actually, the whole house was perfect for our needs and wants. The house can easily accommodate large families, but it was just two of us (and our dog) on this trip and it was the ideal size for that, too. We've already booked again for next year - I can't give it a better recommendation than that!

this home was just lovely—-it was clean, beautifully decorated and landscaped, fully stocked and just plain relaxing. The chairs on the deck and the secret seating nooks were charming. The house was comfortable and very clean. Had beds for the dogs, couch cover in case they hopped up on it, perfect yard. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and then some, plenty of towels and extra linens. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We loved our long weekend at this adorable house on the water. Well stocked and very clean. We kayaked, cooked, played games, and had S’mores. Great laughs and a fun time was had by all. We also visited the Two Foxes winery and Joemma Beach. Beautiful

We rented this home for a week for my in-laws when they were visiting from out of state for our wedding. They absolutely loved the place, all the views, the spaces to relax, the kayaks, and especially the beachfront property that's perfect for beachcombing! Gorgeous home, clean and spacious, beautiful views, lots of extras provided by host (games, beach towels, life vests, toiletries, etc). Perfect stay!!!

Our family had a great stay. The house is perfectly set up for comfort and entertaining. Being right on the water is so relaxing. We ate outside every day as the weather was perfect. Long walks on beach when tide out. Saw seals, bald eagle, lots of birds, and a big deer. Comfy beds and nice linens. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect accommodations for our family to meet to celebrate Christmas. Enjoyed the view, well stocked kitchen, privacy from neighbors, outdoor barbecue, kayaks, and fire pit at the beach. Plus a nice lawn area to walk our mini dachshund. We will definitely consider returning for another stay in the future.

This home is a great place to relax with family. It has everything that you need, kayaks and boats to shampoo and conditioner. Great gas BBQ for cooking oysters. The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments, spices and all cooking needs. This house is the most well stocked house I have rented. The area was quiet on the water with a wonderful view. We really enjoyed this home.

This lovely home is a wonderful getaway! The home is beautiful and has fantastic views and beach access. All our needs were anticipated, especially for our dog (the dog ties in the lawn were much appreciated!). Lots of extras are available (games, movies, beach gear) and it was way to find everything. The location is wonderful to explore nearby towns. We hope to return again in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend at the house in Lakebay. We did a beach campfire, used one of the kayaks, and enjoyed the beautiful view while cozy next to the fireplace during spring storms with our extended family. All the little touches, like dog beds, puzzles and board games, were really appreciated. Felt like a million miles away but only 1.5 hrs drive from Seattle. Hope to come back again.

A beautiful house on a quite peninsula. Very well mailntained and stocked and it even had a nice little office for remote working (which both myself and my wife took advantage of). The yard and view of the little bay was perfect for relaxing and drinking a coffee on each morning. Beach access is great. Easy to get to the nearby grocery store for your needs, and not too far from Gig Harbor if you needs more stuff. The host was great and quick to respond when I had a question for her. Good times were had.

Perfect place to unplug and unwind for the long weekend. It had everything the kiddos wanted: sandy beach, a fire pit, kayaks, board games, and a fireplace. Amazing views. House was well-stocked. It was nice having a grocery store nearby. We picked up firestarter and wood for the firepit. Beds and pillows are nice and comfy. Wall are thin so you can hear everything going on in the dining room/living room. Not great for those who are light sleepers. Barbara's a great host. Would love to come back again during the warmer months to fully enjoy the outdoors.

Me and my extended family enjoyed our Christmas holiday at the house. It is a beautiful location and well suited to a group. Our only issue was with the weather and the steep driveway but that of course was out of the control of the host of course! We’d love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the waterfront more.
