This was a combination of good, and not so good. Bedrooms were very comfortable but we needed more towels. House was roomy and had plenty of room for our group but kitchen lacked in a few areas. Cooking utensils and pots and pans were old. Freezer portion of fridge had a significant frost problem. Fridge portion missing shelves and crisper compartment. Sink did not have any hot water, just tepid when turned to hot setting. A/C worked great and kept house cool throughout our stay. Back yard and patio was a great place to relax. Hot tub was great, constant high temp and very clean. Outdoor grill needs replacing. Propane tubes and sub-grate were rusted through and need to be replaced. Fire pit was awesome. Laundry room contained an extra fridge but only the freezer worked. We lost some of the meat we stored in the fridge. Washer worked well but dryer door was broken and had to be jury-rigged to close. Not enough utensils for a large group. Overall we had a good stay but too many small things to make it a great stay, especially for the cost.
