Family Reunion

This property is beautiful. We came to West Palm for a family reunion and didn't want to stay at the hotel with the rest of the family. So glad we decided to get a house. Brandon was an excite host and when ever I had a question or issued he fixed it right away. Love love the house. Its so close to restaurants and stores.

Amazing house and location!

My group of 11 was very pleased with what the property had to offer, and how it was laid out. It fit all of us comfortably. It is certainly nice the owner is not scared to host larger groups, as this house can definitely handle them! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall we would without a doubt come back. Great location in relation to the beach, and the backyard is awesome!

Lovely Home Atmosphere

This was an excellent stay! The house was spacious inside and in the back yard. My only minor heads up Definite 3 bedroom, the four is more for children than adults. I highly recommend as owner was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating!!! I would stay again.

Wonderful home

This home easily accommodated four adult couples (though one bedroom is small with a twin trundle bed). Two large living areas with very large comfortable couches allowed for multiple activities. Large, beautiful kitchen. Nice heated pool and outside sitting areas. Very nice neighborhood, convenient to I-95, Rt. 1, the beach, and PBI. Saw lots of child equipment in the garage. Easy check in and an extremely responsive host who quickly replaced a dying battery in the electronic door lock (the door "speaks" and told us battery was low). We hope to return for another family reunion.

cleaning was not good when we arrived we had to clean it, the air conditioning has no filter so we all had a bad nose. the bathroom in the double room has a problem with the shower, water is falling out and the sink does not run the water.

Graduation Celebration

I am a local needed a bigger space to accommodate family members from out of state.. Found a great gateway home In Brandon’s beautiful house.. I found everything to be just as advertised.. Brandon could not have been a better host.. Quick responses to every question polite and accommodating.. Would definitely recommend and use for future larger gatherings.. Definitely a 5 star and the backyard / Pool was a big hit with the teenagers ..

Beautiful newly remodeled home!

What a beautiful home! We stayed here with my daughter, son in law and 2 grandsons. The amenities and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Many extras not normally included in rental homes. When I mentioned we would need an extra high chair and crib Brandon had brand new ones waiting! Very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

5 Indian River County Garden Club Members Going to a Conference

Property was clean with plenty of room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and bathrooms with towels etc. For our needs, it was perfectly located - close to I95 and convenient to our conference location. The host was very helpful and quick to answer questions. He also checked with us to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. If our conference is held at the same location, I'm sure we will check on the availability of the property.

Newly Renovated Spacious Home

The house is basically brand new from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the spacious open floor plan and the big island in the kitchen. It was great for family gathering. The house is thoughtfully set up and beautifully decorated. The host was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this home!
