"It’s a good place to stay for mountain hot spring. We can go to a private pool directly from the hotel. But, the front staff was not helpful."

"We have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years and it’s definitely not the same. I believe it was taken over two years ago and it’s gone downhill. outside of the property, mainly the landscaping is terrible. The breakfast was a joke. Staff have zero personality.
