This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The condo is gorgeous with furnishings to match. The view was amazing and the whole area around the condo was so peaceful. We went on several hikes while we were there, but I believe just hanging out in the living room looking at the falls and playing cards was my favorite thing to do. I would defifnitely plan another trip here.

We had a great stay at this condo. Furnishings were as described. Furniture and bed were stylish and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared well equipped. The view of the waterfall was wonderful. Communication with host was prompt and clear. Would stay here again!

What an awesome co do right on the Toxaway falls.Sunrises are amazing.Quiet and cozy place with all amenities. Close to hiking, kayaking, horseback riding. Stores are not far away. An enjoyable stay.KIm

Wonderful stay!!! My husband and I had a romantic weekend here and the waterfall and fireplace were amazing. You can hear the waterfall in every room in the condo. The fireplace was magical on the cold nights we've had in January and Jason was so nice and easy going. He answered very quickly anytime we had a question.

The instruction book should be updated but not’s huge deal. We couldn’t adjust the heat and it got a bit warmer than expected. View was amazing. Very peaceful. I would suggest a bar high table so you can see the waterfall when you sit outside. Very nice trip. Thank you for sharing.

Great location!! Peaceful with the sound of the waterfall right outside your back door. Clean and cozy! Close proximity to several places to shop and eat. The wood burning fireplaces were an added benefit. Look forward to returning again.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were very happy. The space was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The Christmas decorations were an added delight. Of course, the view of the falls was fantastic, and it was very relaxing hearing the falling water during the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to do our cooking all week, with a good supply of dishes and cooking utensils. There is both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig with coffee for each. The only thing we might have used which is not furnished is a broom for sweeping up crumbs. This proved to be one of the best places we have stayed.

We had an amazing trip full of outdoor hiking and discovering waterfalls. The condo was exactly as described and close to Gorges State Park. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. Considering our trip was short, we would love to visit again to explore Panthertown (and eat at the Italian restaurant down the road again). Overall, the condo was super clean, quiet, and met all of our needs.

The host was very quick to answer a couple of questions,and the condo exceeded our expectations. The view of the waterfall was fantastic ! The kitchen was fully equipped with every thing we needed, and we cooked all our meals during our 2 day stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and watching the sunrise from the deck was amazing. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, cosy and welcoming stay. We plan to return next year

The email from the owner and other reviews were helpful in locating the driveway for the condo. I am always a little hesitant on what to expect for a driveway when staying in cabins on a mountain. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The view was really great, especially in the morning! The property was clean and the welcome basket of snacks was very much appreciated considering cabins in the mountain are not usually close to convenience or grocery stores. A great stay and we will definitely stay here again if ever visiting in Lake Toxaway again!

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this condo. As advertised, it is RIGHT ON TOP of an awesome waterfall, with a beautiful mountain view. The condo had every amenity we wanted, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. There are a few easy steps to consider if you have mobility issues; we are in our mid- and late 70's and we handled them with ease. We love the location of this condo and will be back! 2 week stay

The condo itself was okay. However, there was no Kleenex and we had to ration toilet paper, dish soap and paper towel. They stated in their welcome booklet that you get the same amount of paper products whether you are there for a night or longer. You have to really search for the pool; it is about a half a mile away at least. The traffic on route 64 was very loud, especially at night. The view from the condo was beautiful and nearby hiking at panthertown was wonderful.
