Great property, it had everything we needed. The much needed WiFi worked great to stay in contact since none of us had great cell reception there. Description is accurate and the views are breathtaking.

Absolutely fantastic. Great swimming and ksyaking. We rented a pontoon. Not great fishing. Lots to do in the area. Friendly neighbors. Place was very nice . Loved sitting in screened in porch at night. Great for dinners

Wonderful Vacation at The Cedar Lakehouse!!

The Cedar Lakehouse was the perfect location for our vacation this year. It is a beautiful home— clean and accommodating. The house had everything we needed— from the perfectly stocked kitchen to the available kayaks and paddle boat. Our family was very happy at The Cedar Lakehouse.We cannot say enough wonderful things about our property manager, Shane. He was responsive, informative and kind. He went above and beyond to make our stay special.The Cedar Lakehouse is the perfect northern Wisconsin getaway. We hope to return!

Amazing lake house!

Our family of four plus two grandparents had a great time at this house! The house is very clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need - fully stocked kitchen, soft towels, comfortable beds with lots of extra blankets, extra phone chargers, night lights, Aveda toiletries, games, fire starting supplies, extra batteries, space heater, etc… you name it, they have it. The house was spacious and the view from the fire pit at night was beautiful. We brought a fishing boat and enjoyed fishing on Gilmore Lake, catching perch, bluegills, and northern pikes. We caught a lot of panfish right from the dock too. The host, Shane, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was perfect for our family. The location is great; just a short drive to several cities. We loved sitting down on the dock and watching the loons. Our granddaughter had a blast catching fish.

Perfect Vacation

We had another (our third) wonderful vacation week at the Cedar Lakehouse. It has everything you could want in a Wisconsin lake property. Fishing, boating, ATV, campfire, shopping, supper clubs, etc. Will be back next summer!

February fun

We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the area. Even though there was no snow and chose not to go ice fishing, there were plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, hanging out in town, and even having a couple outdoor bonfires. The Cedar Lakehouse provided very cozy evenings to relax around the fireplace. It was a great time and look forward to booking with the family again.

Great Family Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cedar lake house. Everything was neat and clean and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed the fire pit. We made some great meals at the properties and also enjoyed some very good restaurants near by.

Great start to summer

The house is really nice. The kitchen is amazing especially if you like to cook. We loved the fire pit area and grilled our food over the campfire. Our weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed the big screen tv and many games available. The lake is beautiful and we were delighted to see so much wildlife. The guys had good luck fishing from the pier and we spent many hours kayaking. Erik the owner was terrific to work with. Great value for any age group.

Summer vacation

The home is beautiful! Very well laid out, nice bedrooms and bathrooms . Close to St Germain and Minocqua. Enjoyed our stay. Owner very easy to contact. We just wished kayaks were easier to access but do understand that they have to be on a rack under the screened in porch , but for us to use was hard because they are heavy to move. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the lake is not busy . Fishing good , also . The views from the big picture window of the lake were outstanding . Pier nice for fishing although we rented a pontoon and there is a nice public landing for guests to use and easy to access. All in all very nice !!! Thank you Eric for sharing your home. Perfect and beautiful!!

Well kept and beautiful!! Everything we needed was there. Much thought put into comfort of guests. Weather was hot so fishing was not very good. Location was perfect between St. Germaine and Minocqua.

We could not have been happier with this property. The cabin is gorgeous and decorated for up north lake living. The amenities were well supplied and the kitchen has the best cookware and appliances. We enjoyed evening campfires around the fire pit. Gilmore lake is absolutely beautiful and we fished right off the pier for panfish. We all agreed on coming back next summer!

Winter Getaway

Our experience was absolutely perfect. Communication with the owner was top notch. Cabin instructions were easy. House was furnished with everything you could need or want. Very comfortable lodging. Close to quite a few attractions, but in a fairly secluded area. Can't wait to go back! We would highly recommend to anyone.
