Great relax long weekend!

Un lugar increíble para descansar y relajarse, con todo lo necesario como estar en casa. Me gusta mucho y mi hija disfruto el club house.

Great location of the property. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The property is bit dated, but overall it's geat.

Interesting hotel right by the mountain

Interesting architecture, nice pool, and games. The kitchenette worked nicely too. The main downside is the lack of air conditioning in the summer.

Very Disappointing Stay

This hotel is in need of updating. The staff were rude and lied about the facilities (spa) being closed when other guests were allowed to use them. We were told our reservation to use the spa had been “lost” and that we were out of luck because there were no other time slots available. The people working at the desk were talking about us in Spanish, assuming that we didn’t know what they were saying. Very unprofessional.

Customer Service Non-existent. I needed to cancel my trip due to illness and was unable to contact the Front Desk. Every time I called and selected front desk I was hung up on. The website notes that you need to contact the front desk by phone ahead of time if you check in after 10pm, so I don't know how I would have checked in if I had been there. I submitted a request for refund through expedia. It took them 3 days to get a response from the hotel denying my request. I had a 2 night reservation. It would have been reasonable for them to refund one night.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the ski is seamless, there is no wait time at all. Room is clean. The interior is a little dated, but good quality. Sofa fabric is a little worn, we are hesitating to seat on it, but understandable

Great views, friendly staff. I think the rooms although nicely furnished, are a bit dated. The couch was a bit nasty with a lot of stains, I didn’t want to sit on it. Another thing was THE HEATER—everytime I turned it on, A LOT OF DUST came out of it. I’m not sure if there is a filter inside the system, but it was horrible. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because I am highly allergic to dust—so I ended up rubbing my eyes and sneezing the whole night. I wish the air quality of the room could be better in that sense. Because when I turned off the heater, there were no more allergic symptoms present. To the management: If you are reading this, please change the filters for the heaters or sensitive groups of people will have a hard time breathing and end up with a terrible experience.
