Great stay!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location to ski resorts and grocery stores. Checking in was easy, communication was great, we found everything we needed to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! I would definitely book again. :)

Great Family Retreat

I can’t recommend this place enough. Signature Tahoe was super helpful and communicative. The house had everything we need and was plenty big for all seven of us( plus two dogs). The amenities of the Tahoe Donner area are very nice, no complaints from us. So glad to find a pet friendly rental since that can be tricky sometimes.

Wonderful place to stay!

Had a wonderful time again! This is our second time at this home. We first stayed there about six weeks ago. The house is great and makes for a very comfortable visit to the Tahoe area for our family. Looking forward to our next trip there!

Excellent Cozy Cabin - No hot tub

We had a great stay and this cozy, clean, cabin has most everything you will need. I chose it thinking it had a hot tub because I saw photos of the hot tub, but they did not verbally (in writing) advertise a hot tub. We arrived at the cabin assuming it was going to have a hot tub and it did not. When I called to ask them about it, It turns out the hot tub had been out of service for a very long time. I have learned not to assume amenities are available just because you see a photo of them. They need to be written in the listing. The customer service for this property management company is exceptional. They explained the problem and gave me a discount for my disappointment. They were very understanding and validated my concerns. Very easy to deal with. I would stay at this home again and use this property management service again.

Great Basecamp for Snowboarding

This cozy house was perfect for two small families. Property manager was responsive and despite tons of snow the week prior, the driveway and patio were cleared to allow my son's wheelchair to easily accesses the house. The driveway does have a bit of an incline leaving the house up to the road, which was a challenge at times for our heavy adapted mini van, but our friends' 4wd Subaru had no problems with it. The large mudroom at the entry was a great space to remove snowy boots so we didn't track any snow into the house, although the new laminate floors were easily to clean if some snow was accidentally tracked in. Being right on the main arterial road of the Tahoe Donner neighborhood was super convenient as it was plowed really well and allowed quick access to the highway. During our trip we skied at Alpine Meadows and Northstar and snowboarded and tubed at Boreal and it was a quick and easy drive to all locations. While some of the plumbing fixtures and countertops are a bit dated, all linens, towels, pillows, and dishes provided seemed fresh and new. Overall, just a comfortable, cozy, and convenient stay, particularly if looking for single level living for mobility needs (just one step onto the porch or in from the garage). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice single story house

Overall, we had a good experience at this house and it is a good value. We were specifically looking for a single story house with almost no steps so the layout worked well. There was an issue with the garage door when we first arrived and the management company responded promptly and were nice and fixed the issue that day. One concern were the walls were pretty "thin" as noise traveled easily. However the heater worked well and amenities were satisfactory. Overall a solid place to stay for a nice getaway that is within the Tahoe Donner community.

Great place in Tahoe Donner

We had a lovely stay at 3 Pines while our floors were being redone. Our little dog loved walking in the forest and our 4 year-old had a blast running around collecting pinecones. My mother appreciated that the house was a single floor. Well appointed place with plenty of room. We would definitely rent again.

Sweet mountain home

We had the best time! House is super cozy, clean and in a great location. Beds are comfortable, the gas fireplace is heaven and the hot tub was perfect to soak in after a day of snowboarding. There was plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play in the snow and for our dog to run around. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful time at this house. I loved the layout and the fact that it was all one story. There was plenty of room outside to romp around, and we didn’t use the hot tub but it would have been a great view. The house was super clean and comfy. It could use a few small improvements (better pillows, a new set of dishes) but overall this place was wonderful. The rental company was super helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location and house!

The house was perfect for our family and four and family dog! It was very clean and spacious - perfect for spending quality time with the family. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and spent multiple nights eating outside and enjoying the scenery. The location was also great. Easy access to trails, parks, shopping centers, etc. We would definitely stay here agian!

Nice property with everything you need for a comfortable weekend. Hot tub was a great perk. Master could use a king-sized bed. Appliances are quite outdated, but they work well. Overall, a great property for a family stay.

The house was exactly what we expected, the neighborhood was great. We did have one issue... when we got to the house there was vomit in one of the bathrooms, not sure how long it had been there but the guest bathroom smelled terrible.
