A big hassle dealing with R&R. Too much paperwork. Not responsive to questions prior to the trip. The house was beautiful, very clean but it was horribly noisy from Pioneer Rd. Couldn’t leave windows open because of the noise so the house got very hot. Neither of us could sleep. We ended up leaving after one night but paid for 4 nights.

We stayed a whole week at Pioneer Pines. The four of us and our dog had the best of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to the hot tub and laundry facilities. My two daughter’s had their own rooms downstairs and a bathroom. Which was just right for two teen girls. Everything in the vacation home worked well, we had no issues. It was very clean and the decor was very appealing. The WiFi access was available and the location of the home was in the perfect location to the lake, shopping and dining. The neighbors are very kind and the neighborhood is welcoming and quiet. The hosts were accessible for questions and open to our feedback. Being summer I thought we would need a house with AC but the ceiling fans and open windows were perfectly fine for Lake Tahoe’s weather. Overall this was one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we would definitely stay in this vacation home again. I searched for several places to stay and it took a lot of time while booking this trip and I am so happy to say it was worth it! So, if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further because this is the one!

Great Cabin- Close to Heavenly - Great for dogs

The house was spacious and had several amenities. The hot tub was great and the large, fenced in backyard was ideal for the dog. Only downsides were that the fridge was not working and a loaner fridge was installed and 2 of the fireplaces were not working. The heated floors were also nice.

Great family friendly home

This property was exactly as listed. Lots of room for our entire family. Great location for any activities in the South end. We had everything we needed. Could have used a few more box fans, as we had some really warm weather, but ceiling fans helped a lot. We texted the property manager and didn’t hear back…ever. Overall, great place to stay.

We loved our stay!

The home is very cozy!! Beds are comfortable. Cute yard to build a snowman. They even had sleds that we used in the yard. Hot tub works great! The kitchen has everything you would need to make a nice meal. We would definitely return to this great house in Tahoe!

Lovely

The house was so comfortable, perfect for my family with different ages, there was something for everyone. Being just about 10 minutes from the town we had the opportunity to explore it everyday. The RNR host were amazing and always answered our questions. 10/10 will book with them again!

Beautiful and relaxing

House was in great shape, well stocked, and clean. Layout is very nice for families with kids. It is split level with master on the main (master has a steam shower!) and two more rooms downstairs perfect for the kids. The downstairs opens up to a nice deck with hot tub which leads down to a nice patio and fenced in backyard. The owners made themselves very available for requests/concerns and were very accommodating. Great place to visit with easy access to all that the Tahoe area has to offer.

Tahoe family house

Very nice house. A lot of stairs- difficult for adults with knee problems. Beautiful bathroom in master bedroom. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Nice furniture and well supplied kitchen. Nice big striped beach towels were a nice surprise. City was paving Pioneer Trail during our visit. Very very noisy!

Amazing stay

We stayed here for 4 days of relaxing fun. Explored the lake and hikes during the day and lounged in the eve like we thought we were at home. Very comfy will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect Tahoe Home

The house exceeded all expectations. It was the perfect amount of space for my family with three young kids + our small dog. It was well stocked. The TV (with netflix) and WiFi were great for the days we were stuck inside. The beds were insanely comfortable and the hot tub was so relaxing. When I was selecting the place, I saw that other folks had complained about the proximity to Pioneer Trail and the road noise — I want to clarify that you can’t hear anything at all from inside the house. It never bothered us one bit. In fact, I actually liked the proximity to a main road in the winter — it meant less travel on treacherous neighborhood streets. I have no complaints. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful spot!

Wonderful family vacation! Well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, great living spaces, nice backyard, and a jacuzzi! One thing that could make a difference is to have the decks cleared of snow and ice. Super hard to get around and enjoy those areas! Other than that, it was great!
