Did not disappoint

Our family reserved this cabin for 3 nights. It was very clean on arrival, warm, and welcoming. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well as everything you need from shampoo to towels, to an array of kitchen spices. The only recommendation I would make is to update the linens in the master bedroom, the sheets are old and made us itchy. The bathroom rug also could use updating. Other than those couple items, we would recommend the cabin to friends.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was perfect for the family vacation! The kids had a blast in the room/arcade downstairs and the adults were able to enjoy the beautiful fireplace and kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the house was immaculate. It had everything we needed to cook meals as well as plenty of linens. Definitely staying here again!

Amazing home

This home was perfect for us! The only thing that would make it better is a hot tub on the master bedroom deck lol. Great stay. Beautiful cabin. Perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of room and the game room was a hit!

Family spring ski trip

The street and driveway had been cleared of the deluge of snow that had fallen prior to our arrival; however the entranceway stairs were not shoveled. Once we shoveled the heaps of snow on the front stairs and were able TO GET INTO the property, it was just as it is described. A great family entertainment home. Fully loaded kitchen with high end appliances and cookware. Loads of games to play. Huge living space. WIFI was extremely sketchy. we did not turn the tvs on at all, but I'm guessing with the sketchy WIFI, tv was sketchy as well. But like I said, we did not try the TV Bathrooms were big, plenty of towels on every bed.

Awesome Stay despite the Weather

We visited to celebrate my Daughter’s new Job in Japan. The weather decided to keep us there for 2 extra days because of a blizzard. We got like 5ft of snow over the weekend. House was Super comfortable. Chris was super helpful and accommodating. Thanks for letting us extend our stay since we couldn't get out. Will come back for sure. Thanks

Very fun place to stay!

We and our adult children spent three nights here and had a blast. We are all chefs and the kitchen was wonderful to work in. It was very well stocked (if you prefer nonstick pans, bring your own). The beds were super comfortable. We all had a blast in the game room. It was very hard to peel ourselves away to go to bed at night. The house is close to trails around Prosser Reservoir so we also enjoyed hiking. And charming downtown Truckee is a short drive. We had lots of wildlife activity. Be sure to lock your vehicles because the bears know how to open car doors! Raccoons, coyotes, and bunny rabbits were also around. No harm - just wonderful nature! This rental was all we had hoped for and more. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home!

This was such a perfect fit for our crew. Three bedrooms on the main floor and including beautiful Master Suite with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs had bunk bed and the kids were occupied the entire trip with the games.

Fun time in Truckee

This is a very comfortable, lived in house. The beds were great and the lay out of the home was good. The kids room downstairs had bunks and a ping pong table and other games. Two of the arcade games did not work but the kids enjoyed the big room and TV. We enjoyed that the adults could be upstairs and converse while the kids were down stairs. It is a dog friendly house also. The only disappointing thing was that I was not told the oven was broken and I had brought up food to cook in an oven. The Manager was apologetic and made it right. We did enjoy the Weber gas BBQ and the kitchen has a nice dishwasher and stove. The neighbors were nice and overall a quiet neighborhood. I think they could of stocked the paper goods, dish soap and toiletries better. All in all a great comfortable home we would rent again.

Prosser Lakeview Estates

The house was very clean, well taken care of and in a beautiful area. We enjoyed having the game room and lots of room for us to spread out in. It was only 10 miles into Truckee, CA and located within 30 minutes of Reno. Everything was within an hour of the house. The owner was very helpful and answered all my emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading the Lake Tahoe!

Great family vacation rental

Great place in a lovely neighborhood. Kids loved the downstairs game room. Walk to Prosser Lake took about 25 to 30 minutes and was absolutely beautiful. Look forward to next time.

wonderful place!

We had a great time at this property. The location was idea, close to hiking and outdoor activities as well as the downtown area for shopping and dining. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was in top condition and the house was very well stocked, with extra blankets, TV's, games, and everything you need in the kitchen. We would love to come back again!

Everything was comfortable. There was an unexpected snow storm, but the house had a snow plow service that cleared out the driveway. Our family had a lot of fun with all the games that were available in the downstairs room.

Nice cabin. Plenty of room for 2 teenage boys and 5 adults. Beware of bears. I forgot to lock my car and found the passenger door open the next morning with muddy paw prints all over inside my car.
