We stayed at the house for a girls’ weekend and had a great time. The view is beautiful! Our host, Helen, was very responsive when I had questions. It was the perfect house for what we were looking for.

Beautiful home with lots of room for a family. The driveway is very steep and cumbersome, but other than that we had a great time.

My work team and I stayed here for a holiday celebration. Beautiful space, views and all the conveniences. Plenty of space, nice bedrooms and gorgeous views.

This is quite a beautiful home with an outstanding hilltop view of the lake. We had the house at max capacity with 4 generations staying together for a family wedding weekend! It was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was enjoyed by all! Helen was wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for their hospitality. We highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed a Christmas gathering with a cozy fireplace and gorgeous view of Lake Stevens. Ample space to gather - especially around the large dining room table.

The house was spacious, worked well for our group. There were plenty of towels, initially had a little trouble finding the hair dryers but ended up finding three of them. I would say that the room in the basement with the full bed, isn’t a true full bed, it seemed short, but worked well for our 11year old. The couch in one other room made out into a full size bed. It had an inflatable mattress that worked well for us. It might not be the bed for a person w back issues. The windows in that room did not have shades or curtains but we made it work. The kitchen was big- we enjoyed utilizing it. There’s plenty of dishes for a big group. All in all, we liked this Vrbo. :)

Check in was smooth. Cooking facilities for our group of 11 (electric skillet, larger pans, griddle) were not available. There were no beach towels, water requirements, being on a lake, you might expect.

Beautiful!

What a wonderful location, beautiful view! The floor plan was great for spreading out, play area for kids and living room with views and plenty of seating for adults. The outside living areas would be great in the right weather. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, we are ready to go back!

Beautiful Christmas family getaway

We loved the house. It had plenty of rooms for the kids to play. They had their own area. The fireplace was cozy. The whole house was welcoming and beautiful and spacious perfect place for a family gathering.

We had an amazing stay at this home in mid-August while in town for a family wedding. The home is quite large and spacious with an amazing view of Lake Stevens. There was plenty of room for our group...even fun toys and games for the children. It was well equipped with kitchen items, as well as laundry facilities and iron and board. We even had 3 deer visit in the front yard! Helen was very easy to communicate with when we had any questions...and always had the answer! I would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Lake Stevens area. It was perfect for us, our kids and grandkids.

Wonderful house with lake view

Our extended family of 9 had a wonderful week in this large, clean house on beautiful Lake Stevens. The house is light and airy, with large picture windows with lake views. There are two sets of stairs separating the various bedroom floors, and a very steep lawn backyard, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Trampoline and fire pit in yard that kids loved. Easy walk to a kids park and wading beach. Comfortable beautiful large house. Very responsive host as well. We loved it.

Home was easily accessible, well maintained, very clean and well stocked with amenities. Easy to find via GPS. Home was welcoming and communication with property manager was easy and convenient. Perfect home for big families & young children yet easy to navigate by older adults. we will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family to gather. Kids took over the downstairs while grownups stayed upstairs. Trampoline and fire pit a big hit. Kitchen well appointed. Driveway was daunting, but manageable. Host was responsive to our questions..

Great View

We were a group of adults, all over 65. The house does have stairs to reach bedrooms, if that's an issue for you. The view of Lake Stevens is wonderful. We enjoyed our lazy days looking at the lake and cooking yummy meals. The kitchen is well stocked, the house clean, and communication with management easy.

Beautiful view home

We had a wonderful family vacation! Three generations, 10 people. Plenty of room to spread out, kids enjoyed the playroom and outdoors. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. And the view is fantastic. It's a great location with plenty to do within 20 minutes several directions. Two in our group took a hike to a waterfall just 45 minutes away, and two went to a Mariners game. We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay with 2 families

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The view was tremendous and house was spacious and great for 8 people. The downstairs was incredible for the two 4 year olds, full of toys and books and two extra large closets that were prime for playtime. The whole house was great for the two 1 year olds with us -- safe and easy to keep an eye on them at all times. The park just 2 minutes away was a bit hit. Kitchen was well outfitted and made cooking for a large group super easy. We wish we would have stayed in the summer to enjoy the many outdoor spaces!

Fantastic house overlooking beautiful Lake Stevens!

My family just returned from a 4 night stay at this home and we had an amazing time there. This house has a gorgeous view of Lake Stevens! The houses across the street are lakefront, so the lake is nearby. Lake access down the street a bit. Plus there is a park nearby. We were in town for a family wedding and enjoyed plenty of space for our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren found lots of toys to play with, plus did some jumping on the trampoline. We got visited by 3 deer one day in the front yard, observing them from the living room area. So cool! The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens, towels including beach towels. Helen, our contact for the house, was easy to communicate with as I had a few questions along the way. I find that to be very important when the contact is easy to reach and responsive! Thank you Helen. I highly recommend this wonderful home to all, especially to those who need lots of space to spread out!
