The property’s location is ideal, with just a short drive to the horse show grounds during show season and an easy walk to the ice rink.The main living area has been nicely updated, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it a comfortable place to relax. There’s also a beautiful fireplace that would be a great feature during the colder months, although we didn’t use it since we stayed in the summer.The bathrooms could use some updating, but they were clean, functional, and having two full bathrooms was a definite plus. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. While the bedroom furniture is a bit dated, it was perfectly adequate and didn’t take away from our stay.Communication with the host was easy, prompt, and straightforward. We had no issues throughout our visit.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would gladly consider staying here again.

The Host was very responsive to several inquiries. The condo was very nice especially the fireplace. Lake Placid is a special place. Our month stay was perfect.

The abode grew on us, meaning that whatever quirks it had (all places have quirks - these being the lack of bedside tables with lights, the lack of an entryway light on the stairs) became non-issues as we adjusted to them. Consider that we stayed there as winter went through its last gasp, so the fireplace was particularly helpful. We were thoroughly comfortable (bed, shower, living quarters, nicely appointed kitchen). The location right on the main street is smashing, but by the same token it was busy with pedestrians coming back from bars, I suppose, until at least 3:15 a.m. You will hear them all. Still & all, I would stay there again for sure.

Great location and rental

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and has a great location. The fireplace was wonderful and made our stay super cozy.

Everything was great. I got an email the week before with checkin instructions. The place was clean and very comfortable. It was very close to town. We brought our bikes and were able to ride right from the place.

Long Weekend Stay

I have been staying in Lake placid for years and I have never been more impressed than this location. This place had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming into town.

Cozy winter getaway

Wonderful location- space was terrific. Really enjoyed well stocked kitchen. Easy access an short trip to skiing. I would highly recommend this apartment to a family or friends. Very comfy and cozy.

Ironman Weekend

This property is perfect for Ironman participants and spectators. it is right on the run course and s short walk to swim start. The hosts are fantastic and very communicative and the property very clean!

Great for adventuring around Lake Placid!!

We booked this condo because it was a great layout for two families of 4 with young kids.We were able to walk downtown and explore each day. Everything is a 2-5 minute drive with the village. Some went skiing at Whiteface and that was a short 20 minutes!Many great restaurants and breweries to enjoy! You cannot go wrong with booking this location!

Perfect holiday getaway

We came up here for 5 days the place is perfect for our family. We entered and saw a very large kitchen with a beautiful island. The fire place was nice and easy to use. Rooms were decent size. Location was excellent near all the restaurants, bowling, movies, ice skating and 15 min from the white face mountain.

Family Vacation

Loved the location of the property, especially since we came to ski but there was little snow. We were able to walk into the village and enjoy everything the village has to offer without having to worry about parking. Apartment is older then we expected, but clean and kitchen has been remodel and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

This rental was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect for spectators watching the Ironman! Family and friends were able to easily watch various parts of the race right from the porch windows or bump out room, or from just outside the apartment, and it was extremely convenient for getting to and from town. Thanks!

Room to Spread Out

We had a party of six- 3 adults and 3 teens. The apartment is laid out very well, allowing room to gather but also having plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing when they wanted quiet time. The two porches were appreciated and used constantly for reading, exercise and many fooseball tournaments! The kitchen was well appointed, having everything we needed to cook most meals in. The location was excellent! We walked into town or to the beach each day and it's an easy walk. Nate and Sue were very responsive, and especially helpful when we went out to a dead car battery on the day we checked out. They answered right away, recommended a garage that was right up the road and we were on our way within 30 minutes. An excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
