Great place!

Very nice house, we had a great time! The younger kids loved the bunkroom, there was plenty of room in the kitchen and the living room for everyone to get together. Definitely recommend this place!

The property was clean when we arrived. When we needed fixes they were done promptly. And checking in was excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed to get in smoothly.

Top notch place and stay, excellent fishing off dock! Property manager was one of the best I’ve dealt with while vbro-ing, highly recommend!

Great family vacation

Beautiful and spacious! It was hard for the a/c to keep it cool but we spent most of our time down by the docks fishing and swimming. Pool table and foosball kept the kids entertained when not at the water. Food, gas station and boat rental all near by

Ozarks getaway

We stayed with our family and another. House was fine but everyone had cool-cold showers the entire stay which wasn’t great. Appreciated the washer/dryer on site. Dock and dock amenities were great! We spent a lot of time out there swimming and it wasn’t too rough. Also a good cove for tubing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made so many memories at Lake Time! Everything was clean and organized. Check- in was easy, check-out was a breeze. The house was will equipped to handle my large family. It had all the necessities! Lots of steps and would suggest that the docks need boat lifts. Due to location it was difficult to keep boats secured

Perfect location

Lots of space, easy access to house. Big walk down to water and busy area in water close to main channel. Appreciated boat slip. Could not enjoy dock time with boaters so close and waves generated. Otherwise, enjoyable stay.

Great for a large group!

This place was great for a large group. There was plenty of room for all of us! They also provide enough supplies for a large group as well including pillows, blankets, toilet paper, ect. The dock and amenities they had by the water were fun. The only problem we encountered was refrigerator space- for feeding 20 people, it was hard to fit everything we needed into the one fridge, but was able to make it work!

Lake time

Guest service was great. We were missing some bedding items and they answered on the first call and brought them straight away, at 11:00 pm. Some of the advertised toys on the dock were not in usable condition, and by the end of the week we still had not found the 4th bathroom. Overall the house worked out great and a good time was had by all. S pierce

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Property management was great to work with.Plenty of space and two boat slips for our boats.The kids had lots of fun swimming and the fishing was awesome right off the dock. We caught several bass and bluegill. Two things to keep in mind when renting this place. There is about 70 steps to get to the dock and since we rented it during a busy time of year the waves were really bad and my bass boat was damaged from the waves. I think the owners should invest into two boat lifts to keep renters and owners boats safe.Next time I will definitely rent in a calm cove.Overall our experience was great though. The beautiful view and place made up for that.
