We enjoyed the location and lake view, but had several challenges in the very small bathrooms with low sinks, short toilets, and hard to reach toilet paper rolls.There are 10 steps to reach the entry door.The condo location is close to many interesting places, but we never received a layout of the The Falls complex.

Fantastic view!

First, let’s start with the view … definitely a highlight of our trip! The property was nice and well equipped. We had a relaxing weekend watching the boats cruise up and down the lake. The only issue we had was with the parking! We had to park all the way up the hill next to the upper pool and walk quite a distance down to the unit we rented because all of the parking spots in front of the unit were full. At one point there was NO parking at all and I ended up parking illegally for an hour or two until someone left then I rushed out to snag that spot. They need to have assigned parking spots and mark the spots with the building and unit numbers then issue parking passes that have to be hung from mirrors. Other than that we had a nice time!

Great location and very clean!

The place was perfect for what we needed and I love the big balcony with sunset views. The tech could be updated a little- maybe a Roku or some smart tvs but when you’re at the lake you don’t usually have time for that anyway. :)

Huge covered porch area with outstanding view of main channel. You could see for miles up and down the lake! The property is a bit dated, but overall condition is good and we would certainly stay again. Parking was a challenge. Other guests seemed to be taking more than their share of spaces.

Family Ozarks Vacation

This unit was perfect for us. It is well appointed and very comfortable. And the view from the balcony is million dollar. It's probably time for a little updating, and a little more attention could be given to cleaning, such as dusting and sweeping off the balcony, but the important places, like kitchen and bathrooms, were spotless. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy Check in though dirty and run down

Check in was easy. Property was nice with a beautiful view and 2 nice pools. Nice gas grill on porch. Condo was quiet run down. Shower curtain rod would fall down while showering in the master, in guest bedroom the rod was taped together, but thankfully would stay up. Lots of bugs in kitchen. Dishes in cupboard had food still in them (probably why so many bugs).Found a Cockroach in the bathtub. Food crumbs on the carpet which is odd since you pay $80 for a cleaning service. Advised all of this on check out and they said they would check in to it, so hopefully they take care of things for the next renter.
