There's a large living area with a WiFi-equipped tv, large sofa, wood burning fireplace and ceiling height windows with a lake view, also a walkout to the deck at the back.

The 4 season Muskoka room is situated overlooking the hot tub and with a view of the lake. It's fully glassed/screened on 2 sides, with entry through the living room.

To ensure a great experience for all guests and to protect the property, the following applies to all reservations at this listing:

Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings and is collected separately outside of the Airbnb platform through our secure booking management system. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or policy violations identified during the post-stay inspection, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5 days of your departure date. Any deductions, should they be necessary, will be communicated to you with supporting documentation before any charges are applied.

Guest Rental Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign a Guest Rental Agreement specific to the property prior to check-in. This agreement outlines house rules, occupancy limits, noise policies, check-in/check-out procedures, and other important terms of your stay.
