  • Cozy, quaint and evoking all the beauty of Rock Lake, this vacation rental promises an idyllic stay! The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath features gorgeous Rock Lake Views from the front and direct Glacial Drumlin Trail access in the back! Located directly across from the boat launch makes it super easy to drop in your kayak (2 are provided!) or put in your boat for a day on the lake! Visit local attractions like Sandy Beach, Aztalan State Park, Lewis Station Winery, Tyranena Brewery, shop the "Norman Rockwell-ish" downtown and catch a Friday night fish fry at one of many local restaurants.

We had the best stay at the lake house over the 4th of July weekend! The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the kayaks, swimming at the beach across the street, walks on the trail, and delicious bbq from the food truck across the way. The house was spacious, clean, and had most everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

Wonderful summer get away

The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the public beach and the nature trail. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The town of Lake Mills was delightful. We would definitely return if the opportunity allowed.

The house is in a great location, across a dead end street from the boat launch and beach, and the bike trail running behind it. The house was nice and.clean, the kitchen well-stocked. We had a great time.

Beautiful beach house!

Stayed here with friends and family for our girls softball tournament in Beloit. House is brand new and absolutely gorgeous! Directly across from the beach, stunning sunsets, amazing jog path behind the house and the host couldn't be more kind and helpful! Loved absolutely everything about our stay!

A wonderful stay

This property has such comfortable and updated furniture! 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. A lovely kitchen with a full stocked kitchen for cooking. We love the proximity to the boat launch! So convenient! It’s our 2nd time here and we all made great memories again this year. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

Winter Weekend with Family

We visited family in Lake Mills and loved our stay at Sandy Beach. The property was bright and clean. From our cozy spot we had views of the ice fishermen on Rock Lake. I hope we can return in the summer!

What a great stay!

We absolutely loved this beautiful property! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and very well arranged near living space with tv. We loved the walking path, the kayaks and all of the outdoor spaces. It was also very convenient for boating and walking to the beach. We hope to come back soon!

Property was as described. Location was good. Went on 16 mile bike ride on Glacial Drumlin trail. There was a heavy rain one day but house stayed dry inside. Used kayaks one day.
