"Very cozy. Old but very workable, fully equipped, centrally located, easy to get to and find, great restaurants within one block, plenty of parking, very clean, very quiet neighborhood. "

"This is our second time staying here. Both times we stayed for a week and a half. Very nice. Spacious and clean. Short walk to all the action downtown. Perfect combonation of old house with modern appliances and convenience. Missy is a very gracious and communicative host."

"Area is relatively safe but being behind a gate made it feel much safer. Art inside the house is very cool! Beds were okay, pillows very flat but otherwise everything was nice. Master bathroom shower was luxurious, but the shared bathroom shower did not get warm (fine with us but might not be for some). Overall good stay, great host that was very amenable."

"My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU"

"Loved staying at Kimberly's Chateau! A nice private spa with beautiful & spacious decor for my friend & I to "get away from it all". It was nice having a private spa after visits to Murrieta Hot Springs & Glen Ivy where spas weren't private. Kimberly was very pleasant to talk to & coordination with. This is not a fault of Kimberly, but communicating via VRBO's app was difficult at times due to duplication of messages & delays in receiving messages.
