thanksgiving weekend

our family had a wonderful week hiking and exploring the area. The home was very clean and comfortable, a perfect family gathering area!

5 star cabin all the way around. Great and private location, clean and comfortable, outside area is perfect for relaxing and the hot tub was great.

Great Cabin

Our family really enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage. It was clean, quiet, and great proximity to all amenities. It had plenty of space and the 3 separate floors allowed for privacy for each family. We highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

Perfect location for peace and quiet no traffic . Decks had ample seating for everyone , enjoyed the outdoors had everything we needed , exactly like the description .

Cabin is cozy and awesome

Our stay was pleasant.We were looking for the cabin and GPS took to a wrong address.In the confirmation mail the address given was misleading.The instructions given towards end of mail should have been highlighted.The owner was helpful to guide us to reach the property. We recommend to stay here!

A delightful cabin!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. We LOVED spending evenings on the wrap around porch playing games and grilling out. It is remote enough to really feel like you can "get away from it all", but close enough to things like restaurants, shops, grocery store, hiking, and lake activities.

Great Stay in Riverbend!

We had an amazing time! The cabin was clean and spacious! Huge wraparound deck with a porch swing and rocking chairs that we enjoyed nightly. The swimming hole and river in the community were so much fun. Close to lake lure and chimney rock. Overall a great stay!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Great home to stay in and there is plenty to do in the area - hiking trails, Chimney Rock, horseback riding and Hickory Nut Falls to name a few. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks!

Family friendly

Your home was very welcoming, cozy and family friendly. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach and watering hole. Corn hole was a family favorite. Thank you for sharing your home.

sweet cabin for our artist's retreat

I hosted a weekend artist's retreat with fellow photographer and musician friends. The cabin was perfect for it. The owners were helpful and communicative.

Family Getaway

Property was secluded and quiet. Everything was neat and clean and smelled nice. Had a hick up with lock box for key but was quickly corrected. Location was close to several adventure spots and local restaurants were very tasty and priced affordable. We will stay here again.

Ideal stay

Home is so comfortable and more importantly , immaculate. Well stocked kitchen and a nice game are for the kids. The setting is beautiful and private. Very convenient location. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. When we booked it the hot tub was not listed as an amenity, so it was a very pleasant surprise and we enjoyed it very much on chilly evenings.

cozy stay with tons of nature attractions around

the cabin was perfect. my friends and I were very cozy. we loved the sunrises from the deck and ending the night at the lake and hopping into the hot tub later as well. On cold days, the cabin was cozy to lounge in and sit by the indoor fireplace. dogs were happy as well. sooo relaxing! hosts also responded promptly when I had questions.
