"It was too many steps but like I said he was handicapped and he couldn't be going up and down but it was nice clean and the little it all good we loved it thank you"

"The unit was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. I particularly liked it's location---right in the middle of downtown Waynesville. Parking in the front of the building was easy. I enjoyed exploring nearby shops, and the Main Street Diner has great breakfasts. I did not find the Boojum Brewing Company downstairs to be overly noisy or bothersome. Thank you for hosting me."

"Our stay was cozy and quiet and it felt like it was the "best of both worlds" in that we had a quiet room to ourselves like a hotel and yet access to community area and kitchen like a house. The little creek right outside out door was nice to sit and listen and the room was good and cool when we got in there. My only issue was there are lights outside the room that were very bright in the room at night and some shades in addition to the curtains would be helpful."

"Everything was great except the stairs. They were not listed in the rental description. We are elderly and I am getting over an ankle/leg injury. The stairs were unexpected and quite disappointing. I would not have rented had I known that there were 17 STEEP stairs that I had to go up and down."

"We have a week long conference every year at Lake Junaluska. In searching for a place to stay within our price range and allows animals, I found the Starstorm Mountain apartment. Larry was great! Communicated well. The check-in process was easy. The apartment was very clean. It was a great place for us to come home after working our event. It’s not far from Stuart Auditorium where our meetings were held."

"A cute small hotel located right off the main road. It’s convenient to everything in Maggie Valley. It’s just what we needed for our two night stay. Very clean. Mostly quiet. The river behind is loud but once the door/window is closed you can barely hear it. I would definitely recommend staying here and might even book a stay there again myself on a future trip."
