Sensational Surhouse by the beach and pier

  • Sensational Surf está en el corazón de Surfside, TX, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Puedes caminar allí temprano en la mañana para pescar en la playa donde puedes pescar Redfish, moteado, Mackeral, etc. Propiedades de alquiler perfectas para el verano, fin de semana, vacaciones o simplemente para alejarse de la vida de la ciudad. Gran lugar para familias, especialmente con niños, ya que el parque infantil y el embarcadero se encuentran a 5 o 10 minutos a pie para disfrutar de una excelente pesca.

    House es una casa de 3 dormitorios con 2 baños y 2 duchas con capacidad para 6 personas. Una cama queen en cada habitación con un cofre para guardar la ropa. Otra ducha está disponible abajo para que pueda enjuagar la sal después de regresar de la playa.

    Estoy disponible durante todo el día si tiene algún problema con la casa o si tiene alguna pregunta. Generalmente respondía todas las preguntas en 5 a 10 minutos, excepto cuando duermo por la noche.

Close to the beach! Older Home.

Our stay was very pleasant. Close to the beach. Like a 2 min drive. It was 2 families with small children and there was plenty of room and dishes. Home is older and could use some work and new decor but overall it was a good stay with good communication! AC worked great too!

Great Customer Service

Place was as advertised. Microwave stopped working. We contacted owner and they had a replacement delivered and hooked up that evening. The area does not have the best water quality, but that’s no fault of the owner. Overall a great experience!

House was located 3rd row from beach! Looks like the pictures! NO TV in rooms. Balcony was covered in bird poo. furniture was broken plastic chairs or 2 bar tables with stools with very worn cushions,Hard to sit in. House was very outdated. Couches were worn out with very little cushion. Beds are very cheap and bedding was very worn. Smelled like cat urine when we walked in.Mosquito blood on ceilings.(was told it was professionally cleaned before we arrived) Cooking utensils were worn. Definitely bring what u need because it's not here. No coffee. No laundry soap. Did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Said listing sleeps 11 we had 4 guest. 3 rolls of toilet paper. 6 towels for a week stay. I love this small town and we stay yearly. But this trip I felt I paid way too much for what I Got or should I say didn't get. I booked last minute so this is what I get I guess

Budget Friendly and Comfortable

The house was clean and was in a good location. It was an easy walk or drive to the beach (with 7 kids, we drove and parked in the free parking area). It is a fishing town, so not many activities for kids, which was fine for us as we spent most of the time at the beach. We did visit the Sea Center (about 20 minutes away) and enjoyed that. The house is older but comfortable and clean. There weren't a lot of knick knacks which I liked because I didn't have to move things out of reach of my little children. We did have one of the bed frames break upon arrival that my husband made a temporary fix for. We informed the host so I am sure a permanent fix will be made. Other than that, it was a nice and seamless vacation. I would stay here again!

Great for family of 6

Great house for a large family. This was our first time getting a beach house and it met all of our expectations. It’s about 150 yards from the door to the beach. House was fully supplied with household essential. The only thing we bought was food. We would definitely choose the house for our next trip to this beach.

Overall good!

The beach house overall good! The beds were not as comfortable as I would've liked especially in the room with the mirrored closet, but I would stay there again for 3 nights. It was still very nice and clean!

Over all B+

The property has easy access to the beach. My kids could ride their bikes to and from with ease. The kitchen table is great for everyone to sit and talk. Bedrooms offered plenty of room. My boys loved the bunk beds. House was clean. Needs a little attention to detail. We would stay here again. Recommendations: Provide more than 4 coffee mugs. Organize silverware. There were no fork. Only plastic ware. The couch is peeling, so pieces of leather were flaking off and sticking to everything. We put a towel down over the seat section and that helped. Clean the side and top of the refrigerator. The tables on the front porch need a paint touch up on the base. The top is good but the base is peeling/flaking off. Hurts to step on. Clean and straighten up the furniture downstairs. We did not use the table downstairs or sit down there because it was so dirty.
