We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront rental. The location couldn’t be more ideal—you step right out onto the sand and can enjoy sunrise views without leaving the porch. It's a true beachfront experience in every sense of the word.The house itself was spacious and well laid out, easily accommodating our group with room to spare. Every bedroom was thoughtfully appointed, and common areas were large enough for everyone to relax, dine, or play games comfortably. Whether we were inside or out, there was always a place to gather and unwind.One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The large deck facing the ocean was our favorite spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and evening stargazing. There was also a shaded area underneath the house with seating, beach toys, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach. The setup made it easy to spend most of our time outdoors, enjoying the ocean breeze.

Surfside

Great location and the house worked great for our family of 13 on this trip. Kitchen could use some minor updates but all worked out fine. Most definitely would stay here again. Host Jennifer was quick to respond to my calls/text.

Great Location

To start with the positives, the location on the beach was fantastic. The decks were sturdy and highly utilized. It was great to have a storage room for beach toys and more than one beach shower. The second deck with lounge chairs and access to the beach from the front was fantastic. The new grill was also nice. Two fridges were very nice for a longer stay and the pool table was good for entertainment during rainstorms. Having three bathrooms was very useful for our large group as well. House was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The negatives can be summarized by stating that things just need some updating. Beds and couches/chairs were not very comfortable, and some had broken pieces/components. The entry stairwell was very low and numerous members hit their heads while on the stairs. One of the outdoor showers leaked severely from the shower head. Two of the three toilets ran, and one of the pipes from the toilet leaked onto the deck below (which is gross). The kitchen was small but functional, though the quality of the utensils made cooking real meals somewhat challenging. Overall, the quality and quirks of the house did not impair the enjoyment of being on the beach, but several things could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

HS Graduation Trip

We had a beach weekend celebrating my daughters HS graduation and this was place was AMAZING!! You walk out and the beach is right there. If you are looking for a beach front place to stay, this is perfect. Both patios are AMAZING and extremely roomy. Convenient store is walking distance for ice or if you forget anything. Grocery store and meat market are just 15 mins away across the bridge.

Beachfront

Overall a beautiful property and location with great views and some amenities close by. A suggestion may be updating kitchen amenities. Also though it is a private beach, it seems there is nothing that stops people from crossing over from the public beach and going under the deck of your house or hanging their things on your railing.Maybe some no trespassing signs like the ones on the neighbor houses would help.

RIght on the beach

You can't get any closer to the beach bc you are on the beach! Just head downstairs and enjoy the beach - this makes it so convenient- you don't have to pack everything for a day on the beach. Spacious home with nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Even had 2 full size fridges. there were chaise lounges to use for the beach and a outdoor shower to rinse off. Large decks on the ground level and 2nd story to enjoy the beach. We went fishing and took walks with the dogs - even walked down the beach to the restaurant to have some drinks. Owner was easy to reach and communication was great.

Beachfront Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. One of the best parts was not having to walk or drive to get to the beach. You just step off the deck and your feet hit the sand! The host is very responsive and helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed.

Great location needing some love

The location of the house is wonderful! You are on the beach and no vehicles to worry about. The host was very responsive with answering questions. The house needs a little love. The first bedroom off the living room has a newer bed which is firm. The shower connected had good pressure. Some of the other beds were more worn and not as comfortable. We ended up buying pillows after the first night. The televisions are difficult to work. There are a lot of remotes and not all of them work. There were exposed outlets close to the ground in case you have little kids. The kitchen was a bit tricky. One of the outlets didn’t work, the toaster didn’t seem to work well. The pots and pans were very worn and made it difficult to cook. The burners on the oven didn’t seem to heat well and it took a long time to make pasta. The grill was not usable and not cleaned. We would stay here again but bring our own pots and pans and fire sticks for the bedrooms. The location made it!

Love this location

The location is great. The home is ok. There were towels and one extra roll of TP in the restrooms but that’s it, no blow dryer or soap/shampoo. Decor is dated, furniture is uncomfortable. We couldn’t get the WIFi to work so had to use our phones as a hot spot tto watch tv. had to

2025 fish trip

Guys trip for friends and family . We fished behind the house most of the week and caught several sharks and couple red drum . What a great time spent in the beach fishing .
