Walk to the Lake Cool Condo

  • Keep it fun and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo to what our beautiful Lake Havasu City has to offer. Walk to Rotary Park and into the lake, or laze at our beautiful pool and hot tub. Stroll minutes to London Bridge, movies, and fine dining. Spend the day hiking biking and exploring, or just hang out in our sparkling clean tropical dream one bedroom one bath condo. Amenities include wifi, 2 TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests. Your fur baby is welcome for an extra fee.
    Amenities at Lakeshore Village include a pool, hot tub, one tennis court, barbeques and covered picnic tables in a designated area within the complex. The condo has a living area, small kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, one walk in closet, and a washer and dryer.
    Guests will be able to access the condo, pool area, barbeque area, tennis court, and boat rv storage area.

The place has great character. Good location . And very well put together from the bath towels , to the coffee , utensils .to even the fridge with an ice machine .

This unit had all 5 stars and I’m giving it another one. Zero issues. Communication was great, owner/manager was flexible for a last-minute date change, and the unit was perfect. Great location for short or longer term stays.

The property was very nice, clean, and the property description was accurate. The property manager was very timely with her responses. The water and cookies found in the refrigerator upon our arrival was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if our travels take us back to Lake Havasu City.

Great condo, perfect for two people! The location was the best as we were walking distance to the pool and driving distance was so close to everything. It’s was very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely come back to stay.

Fun with Grandkids

Condo was in a perfect location, near all attractions. We especially enjoy the Rotary Community Park, great place to spend the day with Grandkids. It has it all beach, play area and covered picnic areas.

Beautiful, extraordinarily clean and well appointed accommodations! Anne’s condo has everything you need and then some. The bed and living room is very comfortable and the condo is close to all the attractions but still quiet and very relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property is so perfect. The park , the Channel and so many places to eat , within walking distance. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything plus more than we needed. We were so happy. We will definitely rent here again if we have the opportunity thank you.
