VERY NICE

Beautiful home - but.......

Although this house is nice and big, and perfect for a large family gathering, it is in need of some TLC and cleaning. The views of the lake were beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular! The patio was wonderful with a nice BBQ area! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. The mgmt. team was very quick to respond to our messages, but didn’t always fix the issues. The hot tub, which was one of the reasons we booked this place, never got hot – only bathtub temp – even after 7 hours of running. At least we could sit in it, but not what we were hoping for. (Thankfully we didn't pay extra for the pool - it would never have gotten warm). The TVs in the bedrooms did not work because of low Wi-Fi strength and bad/dead remotes. There is a large TV in the living room, but no cable/satellite service, so you need your own streaming service. We were with nine people, but, although we asked, were not provided with enough wash clothes (only 6 – told that was "adequate"), so we had to go buy some. There were some major cleaning issues that we took care of ourselves (shouldn’t be our job). They did send someone for another cleaning issue that we didn't tackle. Although these may not be game changers for renting, all these issues did put a damper on our “first time” family vacation. Apparently no one checks the house routinely for maintenance issues, as the issues we had were all quite obvious.

Wonderful Spacious stay

This place had amazing views and amazing amenities. They have thought of everything you may need for your stay. It’s very clean and in a very safe area. Would highly recommend to stay here and I hope to stay there again soon. Very easy communicating with the host as well.

Beautiful house and great host!!

House is absolutely gorgeous perfect for a couple families or two or three couples. Beautiful view, great yard for barbecuing and entertaining. Definitely worth the short drive up the hill if you have a large family or group this is the house for you.

Excellent Property

The family enjoyed this property. The cabana is a nice feature, allowing both connection with the rest of the family and privacy. Lovely view and pool/spa/firepit setting.

Beautiful sunsets

Very nice property- house is divided into two sections, the main with three bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and the separate casita with two bedrooms. Nicely decorated, great kitchen- we cooked all of our meals and it was easy to work in, which is a pleasant surprise in an unfamiliar place. Very comfortable, great hosts. Best of all Beautiful sunsets!

Perfect house after a day on the lake!

We had three families that all were very comfortable. The outdoor pool area was fantastic, the view was phenomenal. Overall a great place and the communication was excellent.

Very Nice Home with a Fantastic View

The house is very nice, clean, and has modern decor. The back terrace, fire pit, pool and barbecue island are all first rate. The view of the lake and mountains from the back of the house is fantastic and we were able to enjoy the beautiful Havasu sunsets. The property manager is excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location Great House!

Amazing!! Everything about this booking was fantastic. Lexis and Zach were extremely responsive, the location was great, the view amazing, and the house!!! We were two families that stayed in the home and there was more than enough room. The casita was perfect for our four teens, and the adults enjoyed the main house. The pool and hot tub were a hit and the deck area was amazing! Perfect spot for enjoying nights together around the fire pit and in the hot tub, and having a few beverages around the bbq/smoker bar while dinner is cooking. Enjoyed all our meals around the table on the patio. This property is close to shopping and golfing or the lake for daytime fun, and a wonderful place to enjoy time with family or friends in a home made for spending time together!

Winter 2022 motorcycle ride

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had 5 couples stay here and it worked very well. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and also was used on the days it was to cold for the women to ride. Very quiet neighborhood and a great distant view of the lake. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

all the comforts for a wonderful vacation

we were a group of two families with young children ranging from 2-8. we found the house to be super clean, stylishly furnished and provided all the comforts one could think of. the beds were very comfortable with fine hotel quality linens and towels. the outdoor kitchen with bbq was great! we used it all weekend long. i would highly recommend this house and plan to stay again.
