Perfect property, plenty of room for everyone . House has everything you might need , backyard is great lots of seating . We arrived late , dark outside was kind of hard to see the house . Would love to stay again !!

The property was very nice and the pool was a huge bonus. The location to the Rivera Marina was great, as well as grocery and restaurants. Donna was very easy to communicate with and the entire stay was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and would love to come back.

The property was very nice and as described. It is a bit out and windy roads to reach the house but once you figure out the best routes it’s not bad at all. Donna was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to your needs. The 10 am check out time is a bit earlier than I am used to but oh well. I Would recommend this property.

Perfect home for winter get away

Perfect space for us and the fur babies

Property as described and pictured, well stocked with everything you need. Master bathroom shower is amazing! Appreciated the shaded area in the backyard for my pups in the summer heat.

Great stay in Havasu

We met up here for a weekend with family friends and their kids. Place was very clean and well organized. We had plenty of towels and extras for us to enjoy pool. Separately there was plenty of room to park my friend's truck and boat, made for convenient lake access. Great vrbo here, would stay at it again if in the area!!

Perfect weekend stay.

The pool was amazing and a great size. There is so much room and the house was comfy and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you would need. It was exactly what we needed to start the summer.

Deceived and Disappointed

There is no Hot Tub. I was specifically looking for places to stay that have a hot tub and used this as one of Vrbo's filters. I would have never booked this stay if they had been honest with their listing. However the put that they have a hot tub so I booked it and we were completely disappointed when we arrived and there wasn't one. We were already there and there was nothing that we could do. They do have a pool but it's not heated and definitely not a hot tub. I double checked the listing and I was not wrong they have it listed as having one. The rest of the house was nice but we were looking to soak after a long day of walking so that is why I was only looking for places with hot tubs. Also I'm not sure about their cleaners because there was a pile of cheese fish in the closet. If you are just looking for a cold pool and the tallest toilets' you've ever used this is the place for you. I hope they update their listing for the next guests.

Beautiful clean home perfect location

Beautiful property with all the amenities you will need. Our three day vacation went perfect but Be aware of the front door as it hard to open and close because we did have an incident with that the day of our departure.

LOVED OUR TIME HERE!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The house is gorgeous and we had everything we needed PLUS! The kitchen with 2 islands was the focus for meal times, the gorgeous pool area filled our days with sun and warmth! In the evenings, we so enjoyed competitive Pac-Man tournaments and the master bathroom walk-in shower was a really great perk we didn’t expect! Donna was very responsive if we had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!! Loved staying in your beautiful home and loved Lake Havasu City! Winter 2022 Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Home is beautiful, maintained and fully stocked. Nice fenced in back yard for our small dog was perfect. Sight seeing was convenient, local restaurants, stores very easy to get to. Lake/River very beautiful and fun to visit. Donna was very responsive and helpful . The pool area is gorgeous, the grill is excellent and we cooked out almost every day. Thank you for allowing us access to your beautiful home Donna. Tom & Joni

Beautiful pet friendly home

Very clean, nicely decorated home. Had everything we needed. Bed in master was super comfy with good linens. Huge walk in shower with bench in master bathroom. Great outdoor space with good furnishings / seating. Our dog loved running around in backyard. We didn’t get a chance to use fire pit but it’s a nice feature. The pool was good size with diving board. Overall great property.

Beware…

Upon our arrival at 10:30pm we were excited to start our family vacation, were happy with how everything looked, and how the house was setup. Unfortunately, while bringing in our belongings, one of our kids accidentally bumped into the wobbly entryway table which knocked over the lamp and it sadly broke. I did purchase accidental coverage for an extra $99 and informed Donna (the homeowner) of the incident on our way home. Before leaving we washed dishes and put them away, stripped all bedding, put all pool and bath towels on top of dryer and laundry basket in laundry room (nothing on floor), sprayed back patio down with hose water so it looked nice, emptied trash, turned off all lights, and started a load of laundry. To my surprise, Donna unleashed writing in all caps over and over wondering where her broken lamp was as if we stole it. I politely said it is in a trash bag by itself next to the trash cans. She then accused us of “leaving her house a mess” because there were water spots and a sunscreen smudge on the outside of the sliding glass door, and one of the floaties she had provided had popped (it was 120 degrees that weekend). She also stated we used too many towels (the ones that were provided) for the 10 people we had there and charged us an extra for cleaning on top of the cleaning fee. She then stated she was missing towels and accused us of stealing them. We brought our own boat towels and would never dream of stealing anything, let alone her pool towels. Between myself and the two other families we were with, we have never experienced anything like this. It was extremely uncalled for, distasteful, and disrespectful. We will NEVER go there again and I recommend all of you to be very careful if you decide to rent from her in the future. I would also not recommend children staying here as her standards of cleanliness are unreasonable.

Excellent Getaway

Rented home with another family and it was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable, great set up for the kids with bunks and an arcade game, but most of their time was spent in the pool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
