No last-minute or drop-in guests without written approval. 5. Security Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for your safety and security. 6. Child Safety: The property is equipped with a child door alarm to enhance safety for families with young children. 7. No Smoking or Drug Use Indoors: Smoking, vaping, and drug use (including cannabis) are prohibited inside. Smoking outside is allowed if cigarette butts are properly disposed of. A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking or odor removal.

Nice/New home. All amenities you need. RV garage is massive. Fit our boat and 2 cars with ease. It’s on a busy street so if you’re pulling a trailer just make sure you are proficient in backing up and have an extra set of eyes to direct traffic.
