Welcome to the bright side of life. This easy to enjoy Havasu getaway is right in the middle of town, with room for your toys and simple parking with access to the two car garage. Inside, you’ll find RO drinking water and ice from the fridge. We’re pet friendly too, with a fully gated private backyard featuring a pool, spa, dining area, swing, shade, and twinkle lights to set the vibe. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for an easy stay. Returning guests receive 10% off.

Welcome to your home base in Lake Havasu. Right in the middle of it all, close to the lake, trails, and town, but dialed in for relaxing when you get back.

The Space
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and everything you need for an easy stay. The primary suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The two guest rooms each have queen beds, plush bedding, and smart TVs for winding down.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No extra thought needed.

Kitchen & Living
Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, all the essentials, and RO drinking water. Ice right from the fridge. Dining table seats six.

The living room is comfortable and simple, with space to hang out, play a few games, or just reset after a day on the water.

Backyard Vibes
Fully gated and private. Pet friendly.

Pool and hot tub ready for whatever kind of day you had. Cool off, heat up, or just float. There’s a shaded patio with dining for six, a BBQ with propane, and space to lock in that Havasu night vibe.

Room for your toys too, with a large side gate so you can pull in and keep everything secure.

Parking
Two car garage access plus an oversized driveway. Easy in, easy out.

Location
Minutes to the lake, launching, off roading, hiking, and everything Havasu is known for.

No smoking inside the home

Pool is not heated — please enjoy it as-is, especially under the Arizona sun! ☀️

Animals must be on the reservation as there is a fee

Strictly no parties —If you`re looking to host events or large gatherings, this home may not be the right fit.

Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization. Any excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.

Pool Sweep Caution: If you`d like to remove the sweep, please disconnect it properly. Letting it suck air while attached can damage the pump and result in costly fees.

Spa use; only 6 people in the tub at a time. please refrain from eating or drinking in the tub. it is a small tub that will get dirty fast if not respected. after use please pour 1/4 cup of shock in. this will make it so the tub is ready to use the next day.

No glass is permitted in the pool area — for your safety, we’ve provided durable plastic drinkware.

No pets in the spa or pool.

Pets are welcome! Please make sure they are included on your reservation, as a pet fee does apply.

We ask that you pick up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. If you have a furry friend that sheds heavily, please help us minimize fur throughout the home by keeping them out of unnecessary rooms and placing throws and decorative pillows in a closet during your stay.

It can be very difficult to remove every pet hair, so we truly appreciate guests doing their part to help keep the home comfortable and fur-free for future visitors.
