Nice location and nice home, but the fridge was broken and hard to open, and there were no toiletries or anything in the bathrooms. Usually places have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash when you stay so we had to go purchase all those.

Quiet, Family Space

What a great experience my wife and I had at this quiet home with an amazing view and backyard private Oasis. I only wish I had more people with me to enjoy. We utilized the pool and outdoor private area, cooking out, eating and watching basketball games on the outdoor TV. Wonder experience and very private. We didn't have kids but it would be a great, safe space for them to be entertained. The view from the front patio space was amazing, overlooking the lake and watching sunsets. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed, both inside and out. The internet worked great and the tv's in each room allowed us to have our own shows and apps as needed. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed. I look forward to returning and bringing another couple or two.Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, clean pool, fun games. We enjoyed our time here, but there were a few glitches…However, Diana was always a call or text away and was very quick to respond. We had some special requests for our stay and she was super gracious in granting them. Will definitely recommend this to friends.

Very nice place, great view from front yard!

First let me start with this home is recently updated and was nice and clean when we got there. It's a great home. I know with biden-flation it's hard to put a value on anything, but we have rented every year in havasu for a decade. We felt like this place was a bit overpriced. You can't see anything from the backyard where the nice hangout spot is at. The front patio should at the very least have nicer furniture, and although would maybe look funny overall... A pergola. The view is all front patio. Then no cable. I get it... Cable is pretty over priced these days but I would have felt better about the daily rates if there was cable. Life hack: if you have Comcast you can get it anywhere you have a roku, no equipment fee. I got rid of all my cable boxes and just run the roku. Lastly and the easiest thing to fix... Get rid of those stupid couches and get a nice big fluffy sectional. Imo rentals are all about comfort... And those couches are not cozy and comfortable. All that being said there's no reason not to give 5 stars....just some constructive criticism.

Relaxation at its Finest!

Excellent property! Beautifully furnished, very clean and furniture was very comfortable! Lake view, quiet neighborhood/cul de sac. Communication with the host was excellent and we will be returning guests!

Dianawas THE BEST! She was an excellent communicator, kind and the house was better than the pics! Everything was super clean and comfortable and just overall gorgeous! We had everything we needed, beds were comfy! We will be back, thank you!!!!

Big and spacious

House was great!!! Loved that it had an alarm everytime you would open the back door to the pool. We had a 6 yr old so it was great to know every time someone would open the door. House was really close to everything and had a nice view of the lake.

Beautiful home with all anyone would need for a comfortable stay in Lake Havasu. Location is close to everything you would want to do and see while there. Would definitely recommend the house for anyone spending some time in Lake Havasu

Disappointed

This home is beautiful, in a great location, yard and pool very nice and beautifully landscaped. The main reason we booked this condo was because of the reviews stating how clean the home was. However, the cons out weigh the pros. The home was not clean! I don't think it had been swept, mopped or vacuumed after previous tenant. When my sister stepped out of the shower onto the bath mat, her feet became covered in hair. The shower curtain was propped up on the wall by a dust rag and there were still hairs in the shower prior to any of us showering. We found an empty water bottle part way under guest bed when we brought our bags in and Cheetos in one of the family room chairs. The amenities said there was a coffee maker but did not specify that it was a Kuerig. We packed our own coffee which we normally don't do as most places including your cheapest hotel rooms have coffee. They did have coffee for a drip coffee maker that expired 6 months prior. There were only 3 bath towels in the entire home and we couldn't find any hand towels, wash clothes, or dish towels. I called Diane she did have someone bring over some towels from the Dollar Tree that same day. The microwave door doesn't latch right so it intermittently worked. We did not have the pool heated as we hit a cold spell while we were there, so we did not get in the pool. And I am glad we didn't heat the pool as the last night we were there the pool started heating for the next tenants arriving the following day. The pool heater kicked on and off every 15 minutes during our last night and is located on the master bedroom side of the house. It was so loud it sounded like an alarm clock going off, we did not sleep that last night. I did read the review about the cameras and really did not think too much about them until we arrived. There is a ring doorbell camera along with 2 cameras on each corner of the house and we weren't sure what was located in the kitchen above the microwave, but it was very unsettling. I hate to leave a review like this as we were so excited to stay at this home, but it ended up being very disappointing.

Sunny Private oasis

We had a great time sitting next to the pool with our family with easy access to all Lake Havasu amenities. Home was in great shape, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
