The host, Michelle, was excellent to work with! Answered ALL our questions and in a very quick and timely way. We LOVED the house. It’s as good as the pictures show and very very comfortable. Very clean! We all really appreciated that! We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking items needed! And we appreciated we had a stock of basic paper/soap items needed when we arrived. The backyard bar area with the grill was awesome. And the whole backyard had such a wonderful ambiance. The pool area was so fabulous and was our favorite spot to hang out. We were a group of six adults, and we literally had everything we needed! We liked being able to park our rental car in the garage. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was a top notch spot! We highly recommend you book this house! You won’t be disappointed!
The sunsets were sooooo beautiful.
This area just restored our hearts! Lovely and comfortable!

We LOVE this house! Everything about it was fantastic. Weather was not exactly conductive to spending much time in the back yard but we look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to get the full use of all the amenities. Everything you could want is in this house and we found it clean and comfortable in all aspects. And that garage!! I’m convinced we need to add one to our house now. Thank you so much for such an amazing house to stay in for the week.

Overall our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed the pool, but not one of our top vacations. The house was not as clean as it should be and was less quiet/private than we were hoping for. We won't be back.

Great Property!

Great vacation rental! Loved the backyard oasis, wish the weather would have cooperated as we were not able to use the outdoor BBQ area due to wind/rain.. Kitchen is well stocked and enjoyed the open concept. We hope to go back with grandkids in the future, the pool and hot tub will definitely get more use!

A get away to warmer weather

Very nice home and beautiful back yard with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. The house was very clean and had all the essentials you would need. The neighborhood was quiet and with little traffic which can be an issue on certain streets in Lake Havasu. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

Rejuvenation Time!

Was this rental bigger than one person needed….absolutely!! But….it was just what I needed to relax from work and life! The outdoor space is what hooked me when searching for the perfect place, and it definitely fit the bill! Responses were quick and everything was shared ahead of time to make the experience enjoyable and relaxing! Love Havasu and this property just made it even more enjoyable! Until next time!

We love this property. It’s beautiful, clean and has everything you would want. It was a perfect spot for our family vacation. From the start of booking, it was an easy very communicative transaction. It is conveniently placed. Only minutes from the stores and the launch ramp.we were able to park our boat and car’s easily. We will definitely be booking this again.

Felt like home!

My first thought walking into the home was that it looks even nicer than in pictures. It was very clean, open & the lighting was setting a relaxing mood. It was very homey, so much so that 10 nights wasn’t enough for us to miss our actual home. Usually we like to go explore, but the backyard has a resort-feel to it so we basically lived out there. The host responds almost immediately to messages and is very kind and helpful. This home exceeded our expectations. We will definitely try reserving this house again on our next trip there!

The property was stunning. We love lake havasu but had a hard time leaving the house because it had everything we wanted! The backyard has everything you need! Outdoor kitchen was our personal favorite and the swim up pool bar/table with umbrella. The home was clean and perfect location! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in this home!

Lovely Property. Check this one out!

If your looking for the resort feel without the people this is the one. Beautifully landscaped back yard with pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen bar area was the hot spot. Out first time in Lake Havasu City. Michelle was super easy to deal with and available for questions. Online guide provided was very helpful too.
