1st retirement getaway

Everything from initial booking to our stay was excellent. Had one issue with slow drain and communication was easy and issue resolved within an hour. The house was in great condition and very welcoming. We paid to heat the pool and it was used almost every day. First time in the area, had a great time and will come back.

Easy comfort

Nice place - we'd come back. Straight forward check-in and out procedures. Great communications between management and tenant. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. (but... if you are gonna take a dip in the excellent, crystal clean pool - pay for the heat. Even in LHC) We had a great time - Thanks

Property was good overall, Pool was great. Great for 4 couples , plenty of room for entertaining. Were some comments in the group regarding the cleanliness of the tiles floor. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Very nice House

Nice house, well equipped, lovely immaculate pool. Comfortable beds. Kiki was very responsive. Need to update entry code on notifications. Would defiantly stay here again.

Last minute end of summer trip

This was a last minute booking and glad we were able to get it. Minutes away from Marina where we had our boat for the weekend. Huge island where prepping food and serving can be done. House was clean in every way. Contact with property manager was awesome. Checked up on us to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. Overall great house. Definitely will end up staying here again.

Seniors on Spring Break

The house worked out great for 6 adults, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all dinners on site. The grill worked well. The pool area was inviting. A few minor issues, but Rikki was great to work with. We now know why there is a swing in the front yard. It is for enjoying the terrific sunsets! Great house!

Great house in a perfect location. Nice big layout so you all have your own space when staying with other people. The pool was a nice way to relax after a day on the lake!

Perfect fit

We've experienced many rentals in Havasu and all have their quirks. This house was perfectly sized and the floor plan is great for 8. The house manager, Rikki, was great to work with and very accommodating.

Needs a good cleaning

Pool was very nice and clean but it cost extra to have it heated in January . Beds were comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. Nice to have an outdoor grill that worked great. However the overall uncleanliness of the place was a constant distraction. White socks were black after walking across the floors. Long black hair, oil and crumbs in the lazy susan. Widows were dirty and streaked and toilet had red rust-stain circles. Bedroom fans are caked with giant dust bunnies. Raised the blinds and window sills were grimy. Morning sun showed the dust on the coffee table. Informed the manager and she offered to come and clean...while we were there. Kitchen cabinets were old and sub-contractor grade. Manager said a deep cleaning was scheduled...after we leave. Manager said kitchen remodel was scheduled...after we leave. Coffee pot leaked 2 times, once filling a kitchen drawer. Curious that 4 pages of reviews were ripped from the guest book. So I’m sure this review will not be seen either. Very expensive after talking to my cousin who has a much nicer 4 bedroom home one mile away with a Mountain View for much less a month! We left a day early feeling like suckers.

Couples getaway

This house met our needs. We had 3 couples so each had own room and bathroom. We were always on the go, 4 wheeling, boating (bit chilly) driving around. TVs in each bedroom was a bonus! We did cook a few meals there. Few more bigger pans would've been nice. Too chilly to use pool, but we could've had it heated.(opted not too) Beds were comfortable. House was older, was not as "fancy" as we are use to, but had updates, and worked well for our trip! Property manager was available and answered my questions / calls immediately!!

Wonderful Home and Experience!!!

Absolutely loved this home! It was very spacious, clean, beautiful, and loved the theme to the house. It accommodated the eight of us very comfortably! We really enjoyed our time here and plan on using again in the future! The only concern we had was that one of the bathrooms could not flush properly, which was not a big deal since there were two other bathrooms for us to use. But we mentioned this to Rikki and she was wonderful and quick getting back to us! Overall, excellent property and experience. It was such a pleasure staying in this beautiful home and without a doubt, plan on coming back! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! Well done!

Home away from home

Beautiful property very peaceful perfect get away with friends and family, property manager and owner were pleasant and helpful I couldn’t ask for more thanks for letting us stay here I definitely will be coming back!!
