Beautiful property! We definitely enjoyed our stay. The garage was a huge bonus for us as we were able to park our vehicles, boat and jet skis inside. The pool was a nice bonus after a day on the lake. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there in the future.

Fabulous place with lots of room, amenities and clean!!

We've stayed in other VRBO's and these pictures matched what it said on line and was very clean. I would definitely go back and stay their again! Great neighborhood and location!

Family Tradition Havasu

Great property had so much fun. So many memories made with our traditional family Havasu Vacay. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. This was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in and we have been renting houses here for the past 10 years. Just loved it . Thank you for having us.

Amazing

This place was great. From the second we walked in we fell in love. It’s the perfect setup for both adults a children. While the kids enjoyed time in the pool, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or watching movies on the giant TV, the adults were able to enjoy themselves while playing pool, shooting darts, or relaxing in the hot tub. More than enough room for everyone. The kids had one of the best trips ever.

Awesome Get Away

Came up for a few days at the lake. Awesome garage, close lake access, nice house. We really enjoyed the pool, pool table, and the ease of access to the City. Descriptions were accurate. Checked all our boxes. Only thing we didn't love was the required insurance that wasn't covered until booking.

Justin & Dayane's Beautiful Havasu House

It's easy to see why Justin & Dayane are Premier Hosts. Their house is beautiful, It is fully stocked and has all of the amenities of home. Justin & Dayane also manage their property in a kind, courteous and professional manner. We had a few questions for them during our trip, and they responded immediately each time. We had 7 adults and cooked all of our meals. The kitchen is well designed and easily accommodated all of our needs. The House had an abundance of space for our party and is decorated in classy fashion. We loved the addition of the casitas for space and privacy and the RV garage was a luxury, especially for guests with a boat like us. All 10's, Thank you again Justin & Dayane

A special property

Before I review the house I think it’s very important to say the owners are the exact people you want to rent from! My family and I come to havasu many times each summer with our boat and we are very picky on the houses we rent we like to rent beautiful homes and this house is breathtaking. The pool was amazing the pool table room was awesome and the beds are so soft so comfy after a long day of boating and beating ourselves up it was noticed by all how much attention the owner spent the mattresses they put in each bedroom. So the pool was awesome, the kitchen was huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, the pool table room was a huge hit, the bbq was great, the garage is so big it’s a house in its own. We got to meet the cleaning crew and they are always behind the scenes but they deserve a thanks also super funny and awesome people that clean this house. If you do stay here take advantage of the fun walk from the house down the wash to the lake we did it in the evenings great time together. Oh and the decore you see in the pics and the ceilings and walls look just like the pics

Great Week - Great Location

This place we wonderful - at first I was taken by the Casita and not being in the main house with my older kids however I found the privacy was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable anything we might have needed was there and the location was also perfectly close enough to all things Lake Havasu. This was our first time in Arizona and we will be back! Only wish we had warmer weather but made the best of it outside of the pool and used the spa instead. Property host were very attentive and would have loved to meet them both at some point. I would make recommendations to others to visit a few places if they have like a little time to use up - Cattail Cove, Parker Damn, Sara Park. Also Juicy's is the best place for food all time of the day with a great bloody mary! - and a nice place for upscale dining was ChaBones. Maybe a collection of menus for folks to add a rating to would be great as we definitely have some bad food too. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. (just minor things need attending to in house but nothing one would not find in their own home)

Great Get Away Spot

This was a great find. Justin was a wonderful host, very responsive, and accommodating. The home was everything the listing stated and more. I would stay at this property any time.

The Most Amazing Family Home!

We have stayed in several VRBOs. This property not only has everything and anything you need but it also has two masters essentially. Our kiddos went from the pool to the hot tub to the Casita to play pool and darts. The beds are comfy and extra touches make it cozy and luxurious like down comforters and soft throws everywhere. Justin and Dayane are amazing to work with and they communicated great with extra friendly care and concern. They honor veterans which was super special to our crew and when our flight was moved to a later time got back to us extra quickly to help as well. I can honestly say we would come back in a heartbeat not only because the house is perfect but because of the owners. Check out was a breeze and they make it easy to just head out. You will not be dissapointed! ♥️🌞

Friendly, Great Location, Private

This is a great place to stay. Everything as advertised, with plenty of space, and the pool is great. The location is in a quiet part Havasu City and the house is situated above the others for improved privacy and a nice view of the lake. The owners are very nice, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They have my recommendation.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at the house. Justin and Dayane we’re very responsive, we had a problem with the TVs at first and they fixed it right away. The house is like what you see on the pictures. The only thing to be aware of is there are cameras all around the house including one facing directly at the pool. I’m sure it’s for security and pool safety, but you need to be aware of that. And unfortunately, there is no shade at the pool area so it’s difficult to use the pool in the afternoon, the pool was probably 95° in the afternoon . We launch our boat at Windsor Beach, so the location was ideal And it was so nice to use a lovely, huge garage is during our stay, just would’ve liked to have had a garage door opener. They have lovely shower soaps in each bathroom ~ a very nice touch.

An excellent place to stay!

The home is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. The pool is clean and a nice addition. The Bar room is a lot of fun. Having access to the washer/dryer is very nice. Also, having access to park in the garage is bonus....especially during the summer heat. I highly recommend this property.
