We had a gresr view of the lake. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful.

Host is welcoming. House was clean had everything I needed and more. We would definitely stay with host again. I appreciate the fact we were able to stay with ease and had a garage so we could secure our boat. I would highly recommend to any guest to stay here.

Nice clean little house. Deep garage able to fit a 21 foot bass boat with no problems. Everything was exactly as expected. Only issue was the grill is very is programmable and I don't know if I just couldn't figure the dang thing out or if it was out of propane. Nice stay, it fit our needs perfectly.

This home was just what we were looking for. It was close to the Lake and also near our friend's home during our visit for the Desert Storm events in Havasu.You could pay more for a place with a pool and or hot tub, but otherwise the home had everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for a boat or RV if needed. We had one glitch with the Wifi and Lee responded quickly to help.

1st time in Havasu

We enjoyed our first time in Havasu. The VRBO was an easy/close drive to everything. Lee and Michelle were available for any questions we had! Really easy to work with them!

Clean and simple! Convenient

Perfect place for us as we are simple and don’t like things complicated. Super convenient location and Lee was awesome. We will definitely be returning customer. Quiet neighborhood also. Thanks for everything and easy booking.

Amazing place! Amazing hosts

I contacted Lee and Michele to see if this location would work for us with my wife’s allergies. With the communication we exchanged, I knew this was the place for us to stay. We loved the location (close to town) as well as how great and simple everything was. We will be back again on our next trips to Lake Havasu.

Comfortable and relaxing

Lee and Michelle are excellent hosts! Denise, their assistant,is friendly and always helpful. The property is easy to locate and is close to all the activities of Havasu, without being in the busy downtown. The back patio area is a great feature and has a good view of the lake,the mountains and great sunsets. Our overall stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Communication with the hosts was very good. A very enjoyable stay and hope to return!

Fishing trip

We only slept there and did not use anything else. Up early and back late. The beds were good.

The home was lovely with all the ammenities one would need. What I appreciated most about this home was the easy accessibility to water, as I enjoy kayaking. It was a simple 5 minute drive to a very serene and easy port that provided us hours of fun, so convenienly. It was located close to the many popular sites too, like London Bridge and the Lake Havasu National Park.It was great to have access to a garage too, and a lengthy driveway to keep our car and equipment secure. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet as well.Lee and Michelle were wonderful with communication and so kind with providing great kayaking recommendations and seamlessly meeting our requests. A lovely stay in Havasu!
