Great visit with my family in Havasu! Your home was comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped for holiday cooking and baking. So much room for all of us to be together with great sleeping arrangements for separate quiet time. We never forgot we were close to the lake with great views of the water anytime of day! I would stay here again and my children are looking forward to it!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Havasu! This home was perfect for the whole family. The location was great, close to everything we needed, and the size of the house gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy.A couple of things to note: the windows didn’t have screens, which would be helpful during the winter months when you want to let some fresh air in. Also, if you plan on bringing teens or young adults for dirt bike riding, be aware of the neighborhood “Karen.” She means well, but riding up and down the street is a no-go. This neighborhood values family time and quiet surroundings. The great news is that the big open space right behind the house is perfect for off-road fun!Overall, these were very minor details compared to how great the stay was. This place is truly a go-to spot for a family vacation, and we’d definitely come back. Oh and the views are breathtaking!!

Awesome Home

I rented this house for my wife's birthday with some friends. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and easy arrival instructions as well. One of the coolest things about this property were the bedrooms. This residence is great for larger gatherings. I personally loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the casita in the back. Definitely recommend.

Family!!!

We had the best time! We had the house for a whole month:) We had a large group -coming and going throughout the month -ages 1-73. There was lots of room for everyone. My parents had their motorhome parked there for extra space. And it was perfect. The pool was amazing! The outdoor space was big enough for all of us to hang out, play cornhole (we brought our own) dance, throw the football, sit by the fire, laugh, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and big enough for all of us. The kitchen was large and the new appliances (delivered while we were there) were great! We only wished for a larger refrigerator. In a house that accommodates 14 people, you need a LARGE refrigerator, or an extra one in the garage. The owner-Carlos-was very easy to communicate with if we had any problems. We loved our time in Havasu. And we can’t wait to go back!

EXCELLENT STAY

The property was just as described and same as in pictures. Beds were comfortable and home was in great shape with all you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owner was constant and quick replies to any and all questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking!

Nice and Clean Home in Good Neighborhood

House is very clean and Nice in a very good Neighborhood. Our Kids and family had fun. Its very near with in 5-10 min drive to all fun activities , groceries and restaurants. Carlos & Jenny and very nice people. Kind to help us with all the details and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond to help us with the EV charging problem as well. When we come back to the city we will sure book this house.

The house was beautiful and very roomy for our big group. The house was very clean and stocked well. The kids had an amazing time in the pool and such a relaxing and beautiful view. The host made sure we were taken care of and lots of information of the city. Had a great time! Highly recommend!

Great place

The house was perfect for all of us! We traveled from Colorado and some family from California met up with us and they brought their boat. It was only 5 minutes to lake Havasu. Great location and wonderful hosts! I’ll definitely book this again!

Great space for groups

We stayed 5 nights at property. Layout was really ideal for large groups with everyone having their own bedroom and bathrooms. Would recommend more coffee mugs as there were only 6. Also would recommend more toilet paper as we ran out of all that was left within three days and there were only 6. Also because I look at reviews, I thought I would mention that the cost of heating the pool is between 120 and 150 a day. That was a shock and added expense we hadn't planned on. Owners were very responsive to minor issues that came up. Overall we would recommend.
